Basically that said it was impossible to get a tire alignment without dishing out an extra grand for replacement parts and I could have bought the parts for a fraction of their price. Also, I went to a different shop and got my tire alignment done for $100 without the extra work 🙃 😅 😑 But at least they were friendly? 🤔 (2 stars for friendliness?) 🤷‍♂️

On my drive to work yesterday my car started overheating and I was desperately trying to find a mechanic nearby to evaluate what was going on since I didn't want to drive it very far in case it was serious. I stopped in here and the team was able to get my car in quickly and found a coolant leak in a cracked hose. They were very helpful, got my car fixed same day and gave me status updates via phone to let me know how it was going. I was able to get great service and a very reasonable fix on the same day so I wouldn't have to miss work! Thank you to James and the team for getting me back on the road so quickly!! I appreciate your service and I'll recommend your team to others needing automotive services and tires!

My son needed a tune up for his car..so we went herè. I think the man assumed I didn't want to spend much.. so he says.. tune up (I think he said $156 or something like that..which i agreed but didnt say anythi g more about it). Turns out all they did was change 4 spark plugs! NOT CHECKED ANYTHING ELSE...(Asked if they had checked timing etc and man says "a tune up is just changing spark plugs" what a joke) Didn't check wires, didn't check timing etc.i would have pd$300 or more but just toget my business, I was told less (and a subpar tune up was done) I must be old school,70yrs old,but to me a tune up is NOT JUST CHANGING SPARK PLUGS ..it is checking idle, wires, etc and then charge accordingly ... Will never return again. It's a shame, was looking for a new mechanic because AAA isn't all that cheap, but I get more honest treatment...ah the grass is not always greener on the other side.! I SHOULD HAVE LEARNED THAT BY NOW..As yo saleman..I never mention names ..I don't think it was just one particular salesman...(so i dont mention his name out of respect) but, I get the feeling that this is the mentality here...at mock tire. I will not return... (now next month, we have to go back to AAAauto svc ...because the car is still not idling correctly (my neighbor checked it for my son, and says needs new wires or something like that) ...pretty sad !

Simply the best. High quality work, yet prices are fair. They do pretty much everything. If they don't do it, they'll give you someone reputable to go see. There are no surprise charges with them. If they come across a problem, or potential problem, they let you know how soon it should be addressed, and how much it will cost. I have trusted them with my vehicles for about 10 years. Don't go to a dealership, go to Mock on Stratford Rd. Frank and the boys are the best. Period.

WILL NOT GO BACK.. Charged me for an inspection on car, that did not pass due to window tint he said. $10 tint test. Total $33.75. I told the guy he had my number to call in the system. It wasn't my first time at this location. Why continue on my car w/o calling. I feel they could of looked and called me before completing the job,but remember I'm talking to guy behind desk. Took car else where and passed my 2003 for 13.60. Sad $33.75 gone

I am really, really not happy. I had my struts replaced two years ago at Mock Tire on Stratford Road. Twice on the same day, in fact, because the first pair were so bad. My car started making front end noises recently, and I have just been informed that my struts are completely shot and need to be replaced. Mock Tire is a great place for tires, but I am leaving my mechanical work to someone else.

I'm a longtime customer, having learned over the years that I can depend on this shop. While in for two new tires, I asked for a check of the front wheel drive axles to see if they were the cause of a serious vibration. A foreign car specialist mechanic hadn't thought of this possibility when I reported my Volvo's problem. Meanwhile, I'd determined it was related to road speed and throttle load, not engine speed or gear selection. This narrowed it down to final drive or balancing. A Mock technician quickly discovered one nearly seized axle joint and play in the other axle. I asked for the axles to be replaced. The vibration was gone, and my car now runs perfectly. I appreciated the Mock staff's willingness to listen to me and allow me to collaborate in figuring out what was wrong. I highly recommend Mock Tire at Stratford.

This is a truly outstanding shop I've been going to for many years with a variety of cars, travel trailers and cargo trailers from antique to modern. I have never been misled, talked into things I didn't need, or given anything but skilled quality service. The technicians are good problem solvers, not simply screen readers. The service writers are knowledgeable technicians themselves. Mock has helped me with custom seat belt installation, electrical, computer, fuel and engine management problems, tricky wheel balancing jobs, brake service -- and regular maintenance and tires. I trust these folks because they've earned my trust.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s Purchased tires from a rural tire shop and immediately noticed my SUV pulling to the right. I returned and they made an adjustment, but the issue continued. They suggested going to my car dealership since my car is newer—still no improvement. I then went to Mock Tire, and James took excellent care of my SUV. The problem was fixed the right way. Highly recommend!

The shop technicians are absolutely top notch and they do a great job. The service advisors up front are a real issue, though. Trying to get them to do what you want is like arguing a case before the Supreme Court of Auto Repair. They know everything and are never wrong, even when they are. Twice now I had to sing and dance for them to get them to do what I wanted. The first time I was proven right, but this second time I'm having to take my business elsewhere as they flat out refuse to sell me what my car calls for and what I want.

I came here after visiting another shop that couldn’t solve my wheel vibration problem. It was communicated to me that they were getting unusual readings from their wheel balance machine and offered to remove the tire from the wheel to dig in and see what was causing the issue. After that, a technician road tested the car to verify that it drove smoothly. All of this for a little over an hour to diagnose a wheel and less than $30. I don’t know that I have experienced customer service like this before and applaud these guys. Any other shop would have put additional weights on the wheel, and then called it a day, and sent me on my way unhappy. The guys at Mock tire actually dug in to truly diagnose and solve the issue, and verified that my car was problem free. I can’t recommend them enough. This level of service is hard to find these days.
