Accu-wrench is the best. It’s hard to find a mechanic who actually will explain things to you and work with you on what are necessary vs. unnecessary repairs on your car. Matt, Justin and the whole crew are great and super easy to work with, and the prices are competitive especially given the great service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I'm new to the area, and was very nervous about coming here. I went because of recommendations I had received from locals. I had just bought a 2006 caravan with over 200K miles on it. It was in need of serious repairs, and Justin and the rest of the team made sure it was done quickly and efficiently. They were super kind, upfront, and shared updates at every step of the way. The customer service and service on my car could not have been any better. I already have, and will continue to recommend them in a heartbeat!

Surprisingly never heard of this place in my 47 years of life in Winston/Clemmons. The power steering went out on my Acura and a friend recommended them as she has done on several occasions. I finally went because apparently lots of places "aren't sure" if they repair power steering until they look at it. Anyways ...the guys at AccuWrench spent the better part of a day checking out my problem. When they called I was sure I had at least a $2,500 expense to deal with, but no! They spent a good deal of time tracking down codes etc and called to let me know that my power steering problem was covered under an extended warranty from Acura. I was BEYOND pleased. I seriously nearly cried. Many mechanics would've repaired my car and taken my money without a second thought. I won't be taking my car anywhere else in the future. Thanks so much!

Excellent service as always. There’s never any cutting corners here and you receive honest opinions about what you need now and may be looking at in the future. In the same month I received insight into 2 aging cars - #1 was “let’s make sure it’s running so you can go and sell it” and #2 was “this truck is in great shape, fix these few things and you may be good for years!” It needed that kind of honesty on both. Highly recommended!

These guys are fabulous! They completely fixed my front brakes and a valve cover gasket. Justin was especially friendly and patient. He took the time to explain to me what the parts were and why they needed fixing on with my car, and made us feel welcome as he offered us a car to drive free of charge while the repairs were being done.

I’ve waited too long to sing the praises of the guys at Accuwrench. They’ve done three major jobs for us on three different vehicles - a blown main seal, a coolant leak, and a fuel line leak. None of the jobs were exactly straightforward, but Justin, Matt, and every tech were clear and detailed about what to expect in terms of complexity, cost, and time. It was also clear that they don’t let anything leave the shop until they’ve thoroughly tested and observed it. That’s great peace of mind, and all three of our vehicles were better than ever once we got them home. They will always be my go-to for more significant repairs — well done, guys!

I've been using AccuWrench for a long time. They are fairly priced and warranty their work. The owner Matt takes his time to explain issues without all the complicated tech talk. I refer all my family and friends to them. Update 3/28/25- always happy with the service here. I'm on the road a lot and it's hard for me to remember to schedule a service. They always do their best to fit me in. Matt and Justin, thank you again for being a great place.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! The service is wonderful! The guys that work there are all very friendly and very helpful. I have taken my car there several times for various services. I have always been totally happy with their service. Justin the guy that had helped me is amazing!! I was referred by a friend and had been looking for a new regular shop as my old one had let me down the past few times I went. The turn around in under a week was amazing for the work I had done there. Matt and Justin were both awesome, really in depth with knowledge and had just all around good ole fashioned customer relations through the whole process. Even when after the work was done and I had another question about it the day after, they took my truck right in and handled it no problem. Can certainly say from this experience I have found my new regular go to shop and plan to bring my other vehicles there as well in the future.

I’ve relied on these people for service for almost 8 years now since I bought my first Honda Odyssey. I initially chose them because they were the mechanic of my van’s previous owner and I’m glad I did. Have since gotten another used Odyssey and had them perform all of the needed maintenance. The service here is unmatchable and top notch! Every single employee we’ve interacted with has been an outstanding example of the company, always treating us with kindness and compassion. This garage is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles to from here on out. I've never had a better, more professional experience in my life. Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating don't even BEGIN to cover AccuWrench staff, and maybe cliche but I seriously felt treated like family here! Our problem was check engine like on our work-horse SUV, and got recommended here to get a proper look. Not only did we get a thorough diagnostic, but the whole car got looked over for safety and maintenance; now, we got -zero- pressure to buy a part or service, just wise advice with a breakdown on prices, which we felt were actually within our means. I could praise the excellent customer service endlessly, from extra effort to keep us updated while using a rental car because we only have 1 car for the whole family, so I'll TL;DR for you: AccuWrench is THE shop we'll go to from now on for our car needs, because the staff and ownership are exceptional, exceeding our expectations and needs with a shout out to Darren!
