I have to give Steele Automotive/ Jerry Steele, 10 out of 5 stars. I should've written this review years ago - I just now saw that I could on this page. I have used Steele Automotive (and known Jerry) for over 30 years - longer than I have known my wife. Jerry is VERY honest and VERY fair - qualities VERY rare among mechanics! I can honestly say that he has saved us THOUSANDS of dollars over the years because of his honesty. We have had many Hondas over the decades - and he has cared for every one of them. Besides the fact that Hondas are reliable, having Jerry as my mechanic is one of the main reasons I stay with Honda. I have referred many, many friends to Steele Automotive over the years. And if someone is contemplating buying a car, I recommend Hondas and tell them - "and I know a good, honest, and fair mechanic!" No - this isn't a paid or solicited review - just honest facts!

If you have a Honda, you need to take it Steele Automotive! Jerry is so knowledgeable. He was recommended by friends who will not take their cars to anyone else. I now know why. His prices are reasonable, he communicates what the problem is to you with an expectation of when you’re vehicle will be ready and knows how to problem solve issues which is half the battle! He will get to know your car well and is concerned enough about you and your vehicle that he commits himself to providing a high level of service. Plus he’s accessible by phone! He’ll even call you back if you leave a message!

Jerry is the most reliable, honest, knowledgeable and fair mechanic that I have EVER been to. My family has been going to him for over twenty years and I literally have chosen to buy a Honda just so that if it had problems I could go to Jerry. His prices are beyond reasonable and he knows everything! Whatever Jerry says we do, no worries about getting ripped off or bad work. It’s so refreshing to be able to trust someone like we trust him. Other places just hook up a machine and you end up paying more and needing another visit or worse.
