★★★★★ Don’t waste your time taking your Volvo anywhere else. Just don’t do it. Come straight to Master Tech. Save yourself the stress & uncertainty. Their honesty & skill set are unmatched. What another workshop told me was transmission issues turned out to be a faulty gear panel. All it took was Wes driving my car for about 2 minutes, when the problem noise started. He diagnosed it ON THE SPOT! He explained everything to me. I still cannot wrap my head around how something seemingly simple translated to a faulty transmission at the other workshop. That’s the expertise and skill that Master Tech has. My car was ready the next day. It was at the other workshop for about 3 days, & they still got it wrong🤦🏽♀️ The airbag ERS light was on. Wes told me to call Volvo first, just in case it is part of a recall. Well, it is, so Volvo is taking care of that. That’s a lot of $ saved. The anxiety that creeps up when I have car issues is not fun for me, Wes put my mind at ease. I am so grateful.

I brought the car in for a routine oil and filter change and decided to ask for a tire rotation a little earlier than normal and am so glad I asked because they found the rear passenger side tire was severely worn on the inside rim with steel belts exposed! Thank God they found it and no blowout/accident or towing involved. I have trusted this business for years and it is a pretty widely accepted opinion that you can expect excellent care for your Volvo at Master Techs!
