I've known Jeff the owner for several years now he's a good guy his prices are more than fair unlike everywhere else they trying to kill you with the prices. And usually the wait is never that long but if it is he's got a TV to watch and a drink and snack machine to hold u over till they get done with your car.

Tony is awesome, he came across as an honest man looking to create the best business he can. Without him letting me know that my issue needed to be dealt with immediately, I more than likely would've been in a wreck in the next few days because my tire was getting ready to come clean off. i have been here multiple times with multiple vehicles for the better part of a decade, maybe more. i have ALWAYS had a great experience. the rest of my family now uses these guys only. they are honest and give extra effort to help people out. highly recommended...plus ive rarely seen prices even close to theirs...just got a quote from another place way closer to where i live and it was over double. i live 45 minutes away and still use these guys for any real work i need done.

Seriously great service and people. They're honest about their prices and truly care about taking care of their customers needs. I was referred to them to get my four new tires put on with a tire alignment at a great price, and they did a fabulous job! My car happened to overheat on the way to their auto-shop this morning and they helped me find the source. They helped me find out the problem to my car overheating. We have used R&R for several years now and have always received fair prices and great service! We have recommended them to many family members and friends that have in turn used their services and have also had great experiences like we have. We appreciate that when we call in about a car problem they always seem to care about us and want to help us get the issue resolved. They have also always gotten any car issues fixes quickly, which is very important since we need our car to be able to get around. I know it is hard to find a good mechanic but this place is the real deal!

"I chose this shop because of the high ratings, but my experience was a major red flag regarding their transparency. I paid a $100 diagnostic fee specifically to get a professional, definitive answer on my steering failure. Instead of a diagnosis, I was given what felt like a 'bait' estimate. I was quoted $650 for a steering rack, but the mechanic immediately followed up by saying he couldn’t guarantee that would actually fix the problem. He then vaguely claimed it could cost an additional $700–$1,000 more once he 'took it apart.' This is a classic 'wait-and-see' tactic: give a lower initial number to get the job, then leave the door open to double the price once the car is already disassembled and you’re stuck. A diagnostic fee is supposed to buy the mechanic’s expertise to find the root cause before work starts—not a $100 ticket to enter a gamble. If a shop can’t give you a firm, confident quote after a paid inspection, they haven't done the job they charged you for. I paid for an answer and got a guess. I would highly recommend avoiding this shop if you value honest pricing and professional certainty." "As a rule of thumb: Always pay with a credit or debit card—never cash. This ensures you can dispute the charge and recover your money if the service isn't performed as promised." The "Service Not Rendered" Clause: When you call your bank to dispute the $100, use those exact words. Tell them: "I paid for a diagnostic service (finding the specific problem), but the merchant failed to provide a diagnosis and instead offered a non-guaranteed guess. Therefore, the service was not rendered."
