They’re very upfront which I liked. They were short staffed and super busy the day I dropped my car off but they still got to and finished it quickly the next day! Fair prices and they didn’t try to pressure me in fixing everything at once, they were understanding about what I could afford. Which is rare when you’re a girl taking your car to a shop haha. Overall 5 stars, I do recommend!!

​My wife was quoted $1,500 for an alternator and serpentine belt replacement. After calling around, I found multiple local shops charging between $700–$800 for the exact same repair leading me to think they tried to take advantage of a woman panicking over the phone. Tim was difficult to work with, he tried to upsell her on new tires when hers had recently been replaced and a few other parts that were recently inspected and confirmed to be working. He also told us we would face a "higher diagnostic fee" if we towed the car elsewhere and we could only get back to our original quoted price if we went with them for the repair. We then had to discuss with a manager to get the diagnostic fee back to what we were originally quoted so that we could just get the car out of there to a more reputable shop. Overall save yourself the headache and avoid this shop altogether.

I needed a new headlight installed in my after all the snow and ice messed it up over the pass few days. I called in about 30 minutes before the shop was supposed to close for the day and immediately got an answer from one of the associates! Very helpful and extremely friendly they told me to come right in! When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff and they serviced my car super fast I was in and out!! They offered me free coffee and WiFi while I waited. This is a clean, professional environment and I would recommend anyone to go here for their service needs!!! 10 out of 10 I’ll definitely be back!

Walked into the shop and received a warm greeting from Debra, made me feel like family. The prices were explained and I must say were extremely reasonable. The service experts triple checked my car before returning it. There were no unexpected issues suggested that I take care of. I don't normally write reviews, but the service was so great I had to. I recommend bringing your car to this Firestone location for superior service.
