I called and scheduled an appointment for 1 pm 2/21/25, arrived approximately 10 minutes before scheduled time to drop off vehicle for routine service and state inspection. Left to run errands and returned an hour later and found vehicle still sitting in same spot. Therefore, left again to complete other task and returned to pick up vehicle but only the inspection was completed and service of vehicle had not even started. Therefore, at this point I waited another 45 minutes before my vehicle was completed when I had a scheduled appointment. While I wait in the lobby there were 2 guys that sat at the counter and played on their phones. Truly don’t know if they were not hands on personnel or only office employees! Not sure what has happened to the overall management of this location but needs some attention. Also the entire lobby and restroom was not clean at all. Again I’ve been doing business at the location for several years but truly not pleased with their customer service.

I had an emergency tire/wheel situation when I stopped at Parrish Tire and Automotive. They actually cared about my problem like it was their own. They went way above and beyond to get me back on the road to Ohio in a timely manner with a safe vehicle. I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service at this facility! Danny and David were incredible to work with and the prices were very reasonable! They treated me like a local family member even though I am from out of state. Please give them a call!

I came in and asked for a tire rotation. They did it immediately and then charged me nothing. I told them please allow me to give you something and they refused. I had never been there before nor did I buy the tires from them. A showing of generosity in a cold world was appreciated.

Charged over $1,100 to change alternator on my daughter's 2011 hyundai. Should have been no more than $400 to $700. I will be stopping by to speak with manager very soon. I see why they get so many bad reviews. Edit: After speaking with a general manager, they made it right. As with any garage, check sites like repair pal so you know what a repair should cost and you'll know if the quoted price is fair. Update! Changed oil in car and found they didn't remove splash guard when they raised passengers side of engine. Busted splash guard and now they refuse to replace it. Do not take your vehicle to parish tire! Crooks, liars, and jack leg mechanics that have no business working on anything. Just read all the bad reviews! They need to be shut down.

The worst Parrish Tire ever! I came to this location before and they stripped my oil pan, had to spend $1100 dollars and stopped coming to this location. This past weekend every other Parrish was full so I gave this location another try and guess what.... stripped my oil pan AGAIN! When confronted the employee shrugged his shoulders and said that they didn't do it. I am extremely enraged and the employees were not helpful at all.

From the moment I entered the store searching for tires, I was greeted kindly and professionally by 2 gentlemen. Keith, Danny, everyone was so courteous. Both were great gentlemen.
