I needed an oil change, and called them up. They said to come down and they'd get me in. They had me in and out in about an hour. Very friendly. I overheard them interacting with other customers and heard how they were very polite and very clear when describing work that needed done, making sure the customer understood, and explaining all their questions. I wish all automotive shops were run like this!

Been here over an hour so far for an inspection my car is still sitting out front and the 2 gentleman that were here before me haven't left either. I just asked the guy what's going on and he said I only have 2 guys I asked if you didnt mind waiting a couple hours. He never once asked me that I would have said hellllllll no. Pass this place go 5 minutes up road to other place

I got my ESP light fix. And some other things done. I paid over 3000 dollars of service. I was back a month in a half later cause the same light came on. They couldn't even pop open my hood to look for what was cause of the problem. Because when they call themselves fixing it. They did something that cause my hood not to open no more. Instead of taken accountability they try to make every excuse in the world. I told them the last person that had my car was y'all. So who ever worked on my car broke the thing to open my hood. They told me them employees who worked on my car don't work there no more. Now I got a bill from the last time they so called fix my car. Then they was trying to claim everything was good. No lights came on. As soon as I hope in the car it wouldn't start at all. And they all looked crazy. Had to get a new car somewhere else. I feel like they should refund me back my money. Cause they half ass the job. Just did enough for me not to notice but. The way it mess right back up. After they charge me that high price and never fix the issue.

09/2025 was my first time doing business with Parrish Tire. This location was my go to when they were Mock Tire. I needed a set of tires and an oil change and I was not disappointed. I had doubts about switching my tires from Continental to Kenda but Albert and Jose pretty much assured me I would like the tires performance on my vehicle. They were correct. They didn't steer me wrong on the tires. I went on a 3 hour road trip a few days after having the new tires put on and the ride was just as good. I would recommend Parrish Tire and Automotive South Park to family and friends and strangers. I had a good experience with Megan, Albert and Jose from check-in to check-out.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT go to them for an alignment. My car still steers to the right wven after going back they claimed “i needed new tires” which definitely was not the case! And when my sister went she got new tired day befoe she went and they couldnt get her alignment strsight either! Bunch of people who dont know what there doing do not go here waste of money!

This is the second time I have visited this business in the past few months. And both times I have been very pleased with the service I have received. People are friendly, they got me in and out quickly, the repairs were made correctly and reasonably priced. It's getting harder and harder to find service like this these days. I highly recommend you visit them for your next automobile repair and/or oil change

Do not take your car here for anything more than an oil change. I took my car to get the A/C blower looked at. They told me it would be 4 hundred and twenty dollars to fix it. I took it to a family friend who fixes cars and it was just unplugged all they had to do was plug it in and it worked perfectly. Do not take your car here.

The manager went out of his way to get the tire I needed at a reasonable price and even drove across town to pick it up. I had dropped off a tire to be repaired and went back the next day to pick it up. Since I was there I figured I would get them to rotate all my tires which they happily did in a reasonable time. When they had finished they couldn’t get the truck to start. The technician went thru all the test to find the problem which turned out to be the starter. Normally I wouldn’t have hade a problem waiting but I had an appointment (didn’t allot the extra time) that I really needed to get to so they arranged a way for me to get home to get my other car so I could make my appointment. Later that day they had a new OEM TOYOTA starter installed. I made my appointment and all ended well. Parrish auto is now my go to auto / tire shop. Thanks Don

Was losing pressure in one tire. At first we thought it was just because the temps outside dropped pretty drastically over a couple days. Upon looking at it the tech saw a nail or screw. Got the tire replaced. Took a couple hours but as a drop in was not disappointed. Our company uses Parrish and have always been very satisfied with their services.

They did what was needed to be done and they don't try to rip you off. I was a regular at Precision and love the guys there, but I am going where the people are honest on prices. They took care of my car and I had it back within a few hours. Very satisfied. And everyone I spoke to was really nice. Look forward to coming back with my other car and telling my family and husband to bring their cars here. Getting tie rod fixed, wipers, state inspection, and I believe something else was $300.
