Can I give them more than 5 stars? I’ve had brakes and auto inspection at Parrish. They have been so professional, kind and efficient. I went today to have my state inspection done. The staff could not have been any nicer. It was a big reminder to me that they are right around the corner and with a nice waiting room would be perfect for regular maintenance too! Updated review 2/17/25- This staff is so pleasant, friendly and professional. Had a 7:30am appointment. They were ready for me and had my service completed in less than 30 minutes. Can’t go wrong here.

My family was on the way to the beach and got a screw in the sidewall of our tire. It was a Saturday. We were two hours from home and knew of no tire shops in the area. We found this store on Google Maps and asked if they could help us. We were told, “Come on.” They got us in and out in a short amount of time, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. They saved our vacation. We are grateful and recommend their services. Great customer service and kind people. Thank you.

I called the day prior asking if they install 255 35 18 tires that I have already to replace the current tires (same size) that i have. Jeremy, on the phone, told me yes it can be done. I asked how much he said 15 each plus the fee to dispose the old ones. He scheduled for today at 1:30 pm. Got to the store, and as expected he was not there. Instead there was a middle aged woman, that seemed she is pms'ing. Had the nastiest attitude. She got my info. She asked for the car info, and then she said there is no guarantee it can be done. I told her that's not what Jeremy told me yesterday on the phone. Someone then came in and took my car out back. 7 minutes later she came back, gave me my keys back said "sorry it cannot be done, none of the techs feel 'comfortable ' doing it, they tires seem way too be to be installed" and i am like. I told the dude 255 35 18. They would not get any bigger in 24 hours. A bullshit excuse. Then I asked why Jeremy didn't tell me that size matters for these guys. She said that he didn't ask a tech to confirm. Then I said they Jeremy needs to be trained. She shook her head, she took my cars for someone to bring the car up front and I left right away. Then I called the peters creek location (same name shop) and they are replacing tires for me as I am typing this. Very bad service for a first time customer at that location and it will be the last. I was surprised that there were no cars in the bay. Now I know why.

Very comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi and coffee, the staff was very helpful and the prices were by far more affordable than anyone else I have been to. Hats off to Dave he ordered me a special low profile tire and had it installed same day. I will continue to do business here and refer everyone I know.

I stopped by without an appointment. My car was telling me my front drivers side tire was low on air. Your technicians checked and it was fine. They kept investigating and realized when I had new tires installed earlier this year, my computer system hadn’t been reprogrammed properly. The found a nail in my rear passenger side tire. They saved me having a flat tire on the road by myself.

Will NOT be going back here for service! I’ve been a customer here for many years and after last week, will not be going there again. Oil light came on the morning after my previous afternoon oil change (and we won’t even go into the fiasco of that appointment). Husband took car back to PTA and had them recheck and they assured him that it was fine and they forgot to reset for the light and there was plenty of oil in it. This particular dipstick is tricky. Light came on again on my way home from work on Friday. Got home and rechecked the dipstick level several times and it appeared the oil level was low. AND did I mention that my white interior was covered in grease and dirt after revisiting them Friday am??? Husband changed out the oil today and it’s 1.5 qts low AND noted the oil pan wasn’t put on correctly as missing 2 screws!

Needed immediate service and was immediately given an appointment. Very sensitive to my needs and fulfilled them. This particular site (Peace Haven Rd) along with their staff knows how to respectfully address their customers. To bad that the site on PetersCreek Pkwy don’t follow the same principles.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Parrish Tire & Automotive. My car was towed here after stalling and not restarting. Instead of starting with basic diagnostics, I was told it was likely my timing belt or the entire engine, and warned that the motor could be “done.” That was terrifying and would have cost thousands of dollars. I trusted their expertise and felt pressured by how confidently this worst-case scenario was presented. As a woman, I genuinely felt taken advantage of in this situation — like I was being talked into believing the absolute worst without proper confirmation. I got a second opinion and had the car towed to another mechanic. The actual issue? A dead battery. That’s it. The car runs perfectly now. Jumping straight to catastrophic engine failure without ruling out something as basic as a battery is unacceptable. Whether this was negligence or an attempt to upsell major repairs, the result was wasted time, unnecessary towing costs, and a lot of stress. I will not be returning and strongly recommend anyone — especially women — get a second opinion before authorizing any major work here

Parrish was excellent every step of the way. Tanner was my technician and should continue to be given a lot of opportunities as they come up... I had a tire fail and go flat on the way home (see photos). I took the time to call a few places and Parrish was decidedly the best option. They offered me a variety of tires and provided service within 3 hours. That's from call through completion for a tire to be swapped at a residence. This was a great experience. - I went from thinking: Hey, I own a nice jack and I can just take off the tire and go down to the shop myself... to the realization that I didn't have the lock nut needed to get the tire off the car... Tanner & Parrish solved that problem. They gave me an amazing price for the on-location work and this took less than 30 minutes from when he arrived and worked in the rain to the time he left. As I told the dispatcher when I called, I will continue to spend money where I get good service. I already plan to replace the back two tires in due time... Thank you Tanner and Parrish on Peace Haven.

Parrish helped me through a rough time while I was in town visiting. My vehicle overheated while driving to Winston-Salem from Georgia. Luckily, it broke down not too far from Winston and I had it towed there since they were close to family and they had used Parrish before. Even though it was the week of Christmas, Parrish fit me in and got me fixed up while I was in town and they even let me use a loaner car for free while they had mine. Since the repair, I made it back to Georgia fine and my Durango has been running fine ever since. Thanks y'all!

Parrish Tire and Automotive on Peacehaven Rd.is the ONLY PLACE TO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT !!!!! Marc and Jeremy are awesome and will definitely get you set on Tires or service....Its the only place I will take my vehicle for anything!!!! Thank you
