Not Dependable. Chris didn’t show up for the appointment. I understand that things do happen. But there was no phone call or text to give me an update on the situation. My appointment was at 12n, it is now 2:45 p.m. I would not recommend his services.

I went for a regular routine car inspection and oil change from another mechanic. They told me that I needed to replace my radiator fan. The guy also informed me to buy the part and allow someone else to put in on because it would save me money. So I went straight to Yelp to look for a reliable mechanic to this work for me. Chris's mobile Mechanic Service popped up. So I sent him a message. Chris was very professional and his responses were very fast. He came to my home and to my knowledge I purchased the wrong size part so he politely found a part for me. I purchased the part and Chris came back to my home a second time. I've been in Winston for 13 years and encountered many mechanics... I can by far say that Chris is the best!!!! Not only is he very professional but he teaches me so much that I never knew!!!! As a female I usually get anxiety when it's time to see a mechanic because they always cheat me in some way or another but Chris has always came through when I needed him! I ask 1000 questions at times and he calmly explains it all until I understand!!! If you ever need a mechanic I hands down suggest Chris! You won't regret it!!!!!! 100 out of 10 recommend!!!!!!

My baby (Nissan Altima) acted upon for a little while. Saturday, it died while I was driving. I usually go to Meinikee but they were closed until Tuesday (due to the holiday). I was stressed as I need my car—I saw reviews about Chris on here and FB. He responded immediately and he came out on Labor Day after advising me on what’s needed. This little piece (crankshaft sensor) caused issues but it’s been replaced and my baby is riding better. Very professional and reasonably priced. Thank you again! I will be spreading the word!

I do not recommend him for doing any mechanic work on your vehicle. Chris did not tighten any of the bolts for the dust plate bracket which holds the brake calipers for both rear wheels. I asked him to come back out and check them because I could hear them sliding when I applied my brakes but he said there was no issue besides adjusting the e-brake. The rear right became so loose the pads were rubbing on the rotors. Chris ghosted me. He would not return my texts or voicemails. I found the 4 bolts holding the dust guard bracket which the caliper mounts to for my 2004 forester. Both sides could be loosened by hand. Chris should not be doing brake jobs. Where do I even start? Traveling from Alabama to NC for work. Car overheats as soon as I complete my 500 mile journey. I reach out to anyone who could help and Chris showed up with everything but a cape. Quickly identified that water pump is failing. I have to make the treck back to Alabama the next day. 6am I reach out. By 9am Chris has identified the issue. He recommended and picked up the parts for replacement. He had me back on the road same day. His professionalism and timeliness of my emergency he prioritized. I cant thank him enough for the expertise he brought to the table. Thank you Chris and I wish I could truly repay the favor but if Karma is real this guy is gold!
