I would like to give a shout out to Todd for a great towing service. I ended up towing my car Saturday morning because my car engine sounded weird. Todd shortly figured out that someone stole my catalytic converter right away. He patiently waited for me to call the police. I was supposed to tow my car to Jiffy Lube, but he confirmed to see if they weld to fix my problem. He recommended the welding company that can fix my car promptly, and saved me time & unnecessary trip. He seemed like a diligent man and very professional. I had a great experience with this company!

Called for a tow truck, quoted me 45 minutes or less. 2 hours later they don’t know where the truck is. I would have rather them tell me they can’t get to me right away than lie.

My car was towed by them on a Friday after a car crash. They charged 175$ plus $5 for using credit card. When I arranged for car pickup on Saturday (business is listed as open on Saturday from 8-1), they refused to give me my car saying they don’t have anyone who can go and open the lot for me. They wanted to keep the car till Tue (it was a Memorial Day weekend) and charge me storage fee for three more days. On my insistence owner asked me to pay them $50 to open the lot for me. Looks like they have done the same to other customers.

My boyfriend got stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of the night after getting stuck in 5th gear. Called a different towing company that just told him to call Parkway instead. They responded promptly and charged a reasonable price - just under half of what the last 2 companies I had tow his truck charged for comparable distances in Thomasville and Lexington. Will definitely keep Parkway in mind if anything else unfortunate pops up!

Was told I could not retrieve my car Saturday or Sunday, which is fine I guess except they charge like $80 per day. I had money in the center console which was "mysteriously" missing when I retrieved my car but the trash and other random items were still there. At least everyone seemed nice and it was quick to get my car from out of there.

This was the best towing experience we have had! As anyone who be upset during a car issue, this company helped the situation be not nearly as bad. They got out to us in a reasonable amount of time, especially since we were in the middle of Tanglewood festival of Lights! We were parked in a parking lot out of they way but they still got there and hooked up quickly. They even went and swapped out the wrecker they were driving so they could accommodate 3 passengers! The man and lady who we spoke to on the phone were helpful/understanding! The driver was friendly, professional and got things handled quickly! We would recommend this tow company anytime and we are thankful that our warranty company chose this company! Thanks Parkway!

Had an over 3 hour wait for them to say they don’t pick up EVs even though they were provided make and model they require to be explicitly told that it is an EV. Not the nicest experience at all.

Absolutely fantastic!!!! Would highly recommend. The lady that answered the phones was so sweet and sincere. After my husband broke down on the side of the road leaving the mountains after volunteering his time to help with delivering supplies from and recovery from Hurricane Helene his alternator went out. He was dead on the side of 40 in Clemmons, NC. I reached out to them to inquire if they could help and they dispatched someone right away. I began to cry tears of hope and thankfulness to the lady who answered the phone. She was so sweet and reassuring that my husband would be safe. She went the extra mile and as I cried said for me to give her a call back if i needed to talk or needed anything. She went above and beyond her paygrade. She is an absolute angel. I left work and headed to my husband from Raleigh and before I left the parking deck she called back to check on me. Her kindness and caring left a special place in my coworker's and my heart. She is an angel. I hate I did not get her name but will call today and edit my post. Once the tow truck driver got there, he too was an angel. He arrived so quickly and helped determine it was indeed the alternator and not the battery and towed it to the shop. Then proceeded to thank my husband for his help in the mountains and said there would be "no charge". My husband said that he was so kindhearted and genuine that people like him are few and far between. I told him my account and if I had to guess these two are angels on earth. I know in my heart of hearts that God put my husband where and when he did so that it would restore our faith in the good among evil. That despite the devastation and destruction he observed in the North Carolina mountains and given this tough economy money doesn't matter. Goodwill and peace although few and far between these days still exists.

In a world where poor work ethic and lack of attention to detail is commonplace, any employer who has an employee like this should do whatever they can to retain him. Wrecker service itself was awesome, the lady that works in the office constantly has a attitude I have called them 3 x for a week to get a copy of the invoice so I can be reimbursed by the other driver’s insurance. She gave me the run around to call back another time after answering with a disgusting attitude every-time and I had enough and gave her the same energy right back I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Customer service is horrible, they made me drive up there during lunch when I called night before said it was okay for me to come get car and gave me a quote i show up the next day with money at hand and they tell me I can’t take it. I called back later and then magically say I can take it and up charge me more money . WORST COMPANY EVER ! People in front desk are horrible people.

My car was towed by Parkway and I had to go pick it up the next morning. Obviously not an ideal situation, but Parkway did a great job with the process. They were professional, answered my questions, and everything went smoothly when I picked it up. My car was kept in a fenced and locked gated lot (even with an electric fence), which made me feel better about security. They also gave me a ride over and we had a good conversation while I waited. I appreciate them making a stressful situation a little easier. If you’re wondering about their experience, they’ve been in business since 1970, and that says it all.
