The Pumps are Calibrated wrong. For Every 5 Gal you pay for you get 4.6. What a Rip Off! I Measured it with my clear gas can that is marked with measurements!

This Shell is so much better than the Arco across the street. The Arco has a bunch of broken card machines and they don't even bother fixing them. It's so obnoxious! I'd rather just use my card than cash or guessing how much I'm going to spend inside. What a dumb system.

I I thought after the remodel things would be different maybe the pumps would be better but no the pump still have issues and the attendant doesn't care that two of them were not working. At least the store is cleaner than it was.

This used to be my favorite store, now it's become way worse than the ampm across the street. When u go to a store the last thing u should have to worry about is being able to pay for your stuff. Their machine had been down for 5 days now, they say it's state wide but ampms works fine and it's the same machine. This is just poor customer service and even worse management.

I normally don't think twice about convince stores or gas stations but the clerk is always friendly and helpful, and I love the free vacuums available with the car wash. Very good place for a pit stop.

I went to this station and first the gas nozzle wouldn’t turn on and I went in to the Jackson am/pm and let the employees know. A girl came out and told me it was a problem with a couple cars. Mine being one of them. The next problem was that it didn’t shut off like they are suppose to and was pouring out of my tank. I got out of the car and it took several tries to shut it off! A huge safety issue! I told them inside and they’re disinterested attitude was that it was my responsibility to shut it off and not to worry about the gas spilled on the ground, they had something they could throw on it. I also tried the free vacuume which had no tip on the hose and not enough suction to do anything, and was told that the car wash wasn’t working.

I have emailed this company twice about the car wash. The first time the area manager called me and I was explained that the car was was not doing a rinse and my car still had soap on it. I went inside to tell the young lady the issue and she told me she couldn’t fix it but to have a nice day. Sent s cobs email and got no response. Used the car wash again and same issue with the rinse. Car wash is great if they would fix it. Best to go find a Brown Bear Car Wash. staff and area manager….. I’m sure they are the best that this company can find….. Update…. Shell leaves a message for contact but the address they show is no good….apparently the problem is just not local!

I understand criminals exist and probably sometimes come to this store, I would assume so but I sure don't appreciate being treated like one. I am a very intelligent person and I remember from my experiences in another state with racist people who like to profile others and make assumptions about them so I recognized how every time I went into this store two of the women would watch me so carefully and I'm thinking...I can SEE you watching me. They are so suspicious of me when I come in there. These two women and recently another guy who walked to the window just to look into my car as I sat in there after making a purchase and I see him with the phone in his hand dialing a number and then 4 mins later a sheriff appears and disappears in the back and doesn't come back out. I return the following morning for coffee and the same guy from the night before apparently came out when I got there just to stand behind the counter next to the cashier, all nervous staring me down and later on one of the women who always watches me, who seems to be a manager comes out for no reason as I'm cashing out just to watch me. Absolutely disgusting and shameful for them to act like that. It's one thing to be suspicious of someone but I have done nothing than any ordinary person would do. There is no reason for them to be suspicious except...I'm Black and sometimes sit in my car for a few minutes on my phone before I drive off and sometimes come late at night for a fountain drink. I most certainly don't appreciate being treated like a criminal and I am tired of stupid people who clearly make assumptions based on appearance. It's normal to be suspicious, I get it tons of criminals around but first of all try to be discreet and don't treat people like criminals by making your actions obvious that your watching them. Also being suspicious of someone who hasn't done anything like steal or show aggression is just plain prejudice and stupidity. I mean do they think a small black female is gonna rob their store?! What about the drug buy I saw in that same parking lot or the suspicious people that were parked next to me....they didn't treat them like that. Makes no sense at all. I am not returning to this store because I am tired of people in this country who think profiling someone based on their appearance and then treating them with suspicion is ok. I will not allow people like that to disrespect me. It's one thing if I actually committed a crime in that store or anywhere else before. They have no reason to be suspicious except my appearance probably because I have never seen any other person my race in this neighborhood. People need to stop doing that foolishness. This is 2024 how can people still be so silly. I saw someone using drugs in a car at that store and asked the clerk inside if he knows what the people in the car outside are doing and instead of checking that out they treat me with suspicion even though all I do is come in, make my selection, leave, sit in my car on my phone a few minutes and drive off..but IM THE ONE they watch. I guess people like that will always exist but there are other places to get coffee... ridiculous.

Went for the banana pudding and was surprised to see the container they use is absolutely the worst its completely messed up the whip cream by inserting that stupid little pouch filled with waifers let alone you don't get as much, go back to the old container and put the waifers at the bottom such a disappointment when have to lick whip cream of the dawned insert ,fix it shell, just fix it

Wont take cash. Dude behind the counter Was the first cashier I’ve met that wouldn’t take a torn dollar. Even offered to tape it if they had it, that’s how the bank takes it, that’s alright plenty of other better gas stations. This one’s just “convenient” but not worth it.
