Did a great job!! Fast and professional!! Did call a couple of competitors, but Auto Glass Guys gave a fair quote, could get the job done in the same day, came to me, had great customer service. If you're looking for honest, friendly, local, Auto Glass company, look no further! I could tell that Jason had MANY years of experience doing this line of work. If only ALL companies could get back to being this good! I'll be using them in the future for sure, Thanks! Craig

I needed a windshield on my superduty. After calling a couple of local companies I found Autoglass Guys (Snohomish county)on Google. After some text exchanges Jason had a price and time slot that worked for me. He installed the OEM Ford glass I asked for in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous and a very personable person. I appreciate the quality of his work and the communication was fantastic. He also was able to help me out with my rear electric sliding window.

OK, I am a single mom with three kids. I was in a dire dilemma and I need my car done immediately. The windshield so I can get to work and they made it work like they canceled other appointments moved them around. They did everything they could to help me these guys are unbelievable for customer service and the work they did was so amazing. I was so happy and I think them and I will always use them and always refer them first class customer service top notch.!!!

When a large crack in the windshield necessitated a replacement, I called around and the first place needed over a week to schedule and I would have needed to leave my vehicle at their shop for most of the day. When I called the Auto Glass Guys, they were available that same afternoon to come to my residence to replace the windshield for $50 less than the first quote. Super impressed. I wasn't available that day, so I scheduled them for a convenient time and they replaced the windshield in less than 2 hours. Good as new. Professional, great price, easy to schedule. 100% recommend.

Jason was great! I’m glad I came across this company! He gave me a two hour window and didn’t come in at the very end, WHICH I APPRECIATE! My rear window was completely shattered and he vacuumed all the broken glass up and what he couldn’t get, he was honest and let me know - it was mainly glass that fell deep into the door and he couldn’t get, understandable. I was in a bind to get my windshield done since my family is visiting and I needed the car, he was available the next day! Really appreciate all the help Jason! thanks for being available and awesome!! The pics are 1) when the landscapers initially damaged the window 2) when I noticed it, after I grabbed something in the car and shut the door and lastly 3) once Jason came and fixed it 😍

I had an excellent experience start to finish getting my windshield replaced. Support local business and hire Auto Glass Guys! When my windshield damage initially occurred I was able to get in touch with someone right away. They asked me to text a picture to confirm whether it needed replacement or repair, and were able to accurately quote me on the spot with just my license plate information. Life got busy and it took me several weeks to get around to booking it. By then the damage was much worse and I needed it repaired ASAP. When I called back to book, they were able to get me on the schedule for the NEXT DAY! And best part, they came to me! Every part of the process was so easy! They did a great job and I am so relieved to have a safe vehicle again. Also pricing was extremely competitive. They were the lowest quote for my Volvo’s windshield (which requires a very specific type of glass and was up to 60% more expensive elsewhere), including compared to shops that wanted to keep my car overnight. Using them is a no brainer. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs similar services.

Absolutely satisfied with the window installation Jason Jones did on my wife’s H3. He was very professional and polite. Jason went the extra mile to clean up a very bad mess from a previous install. 10/10 stars if I could. I had 1.5 ft crack and a deep pebble smash and got it replaced by an OEM Mopar windshield. Feels great supporting a local small businesses over the bigger shops because they feel personal, do higher quality work and care about the details. Jason did extremely talented job, was on time, very kind and enjoyable to chat with before and after the work was done. I would recommend them to anyone.
