Called and spoke with gentleman who genuinely seemed to care about my trans concerns. I took it there as requested and was greeted by a friendly office gal who smiled a lot. Apparently the guy I spoke to was not available, so I was presented with another who took my car for a drive and identified my complaint as being a loose cable, showing me why. Very cool, as he could have said it needed further diagnosis and repair. I agreed with him after he showed me. I showed interest in having them cost the cable replacement and he also believed there to be an additional issue of a u joint or something loose. So currently I am awaiting a call back with a cost to replace cable and check out noise he heard. saw them Thursday and will doc how it all turns out. As of now they deserve no less than 5 stars

Its been some time ago but they rebuilt my 5 speed. It was ok for a short time then syncros started going and they way over charged me and immediately told me no pay no trany.

I had my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee checked out here, they explained the work that needed to be done, there were several issues that came up while they had my vehicle (none of them fault of the business, My specific Jeep is know for electrical errors) they were exceptional at keeping me updated with the issues, and resolutions as they occurred. very professional, very friendly. they even pointed out some work that had been done by another company that had failed. even though the repairs took much longer that quoted, I was very happy at how they handled my vehicle, making sure to correct every issue. After my jeep had "Settled" I had another issue with the transmission, I took it to them and they were able to fix it right away (again no fault of their work) I will ALWAYS take my cars here, prices are reasonable as well.

My transmission would not come out of its gear. When I turn my car off it was still in gear and would not turn back on. I called them and they said bring it in which I had to have it towed. It was a small part that went bad but they had it fixed and back to me within 24 hours. The price was less than $250. They were quick and very effective. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can say with confidence that no other company in the auto repair space (or any other business for that matter) has treated me like JT at A-Z Transmission. Not only did he fix the 4x4 issues with my F250, he was extremely accommodating with me picking the truck up after hours when I had to deal with my daughter getting in a fender bender. And a few days later he called to ask how the truck was running and how my daughter was doing! Who does that in this day and age? Consequently I will be a customer for life as long as JT is there, fantastic experience from a very honest and caring person.

I recently had my transmission rebuilt by A-Z Transmission and it was a Great experience. They got my Ram 1500 done just in time to pull the boat for crabbing. Great shop with great people. I have used A to Z for years and have found them to be professional, expert technicians, and honest. I've had them do over 100 transmission repairs for my dealership and I can remember only one time we had a comeback (and that was resolved immediately). Very good repair quality. Honesty in transmission repairs is HUGE! Several times I had brought them a car expecting to spend several thousand but they found the problem to be a couple hundred dollar repair. Not all shops do this! I would highly recommend A to Z transmission.

Charlie and the fellas did an amazing job replacing the CVT in my wife's Corolla at an affordable price. Many shops are hesitant to use second hand transmissions, but not everyone has $10,000 laying around to drop on a brand new transmission at the dealership. Especially in today's economy. And A to Z Transmission gets that. That's why they have such a diligent and attentive process in making sure every second hand transmission they receive is thoroughly inspected and in good condition. I was shocked to hear that they even open and inspect the internals, not just an exterior once-over. Plus, a hefty 6 month warranty. 5/5 would recommend

The people here are amazing, welcoming and kind! I talked to Joey who took did a diagnostic on my car, without an appt. Many shops wanted an appt for this. He stopped what he was doing and immediately attended to me. He did not charge me for this diagnosis and he was able to help and direct me to get my truck going again without spending too much money. Mark had refused our help after being told last week to bring in our 2018 GMC Acadia. He had told us that he will diagnose it for free as he knows. We are low income and struggling for funds.. He told us to bring in our car for one day to diagnose it. Then today I go and tell him that we're going to bring in our car and ask him if he could just drive it around and get the fuel for it cause then he could just know what is wrong with it. He proceed to refuse To help us. He told us that if we don't have the funds to fix it when we bring it in that there's no point of us bringing in our car. And this is after him, stating that he would help us after he knew we were struggling on finances. The fact that he He lied to us about trying to fix our car and to look at it for free. It's kind of redundant.. We were willing to pay for the fix. We just wanted to be diagnosed just for a couple hours as we have stuff we have to do and we don't have $600 right now to get for a rental car as he is wanting to take our car for 2 to 3 days.. Prior to last week over the phone, he had told us he wanted to get our car for one day to diagnose it. I called him today and now he To keep our car 2 to 3 days to diagnose properly and then after that, he would take my card information And then he would proceed to work on my car. The fact that he takes the card information over the phone it's kind of sketchy too. I've not known anybody to take card information over the phone and refused help.. I would be very careful with this guy as it sounds very sketchy the fact that he refuses help after being told that he would help me diagnose my My car for free. And then this week he wants to keep my car 2 to 3 days and then leave me out of the car and out a job. I told him that I would be calling attorney General and then he hung up on me. Be careful with this guy as he's two-faced and he will not help you.
