My family has been taking our vehicles to Crosson's for service for 20+ years and the service is always exceptional. Besides good service, the second most important thing I look for in an automobile mechanic/service company is "trust". You are entrusting the business to diagnose issues correctly and maintain your vehicle in a safe working condition, but also to act with honesty and integrity. From the first service over 20 years ago, to the most recent service, Crosson's always demonstrates integrity, trust and takes pride in providing the utmost customer service. This most recent service, I took my vehicle in to complete some service/repair recommendations that were communicated during my last service. All recommended services were clearly explained to me and the estimate for parts and labor was also made very clear. It was a considerable amount of money that I was about to invest. However, during the repairs/service they discovered that two of the mechanical parts that they original quoted as needing repair, were actually in better shape than originally noted and did not need to be replaced. They could have just gone forward with the repairs, since I already agreed to the estimated service, and I would have never known the difference. But instead, they communicated to me that some of the originally quoted repairs were not needed at this time which saved me a pretty decent amount of money. And that’s a great example for why I always trust Crosson’s with my automotive repairs. If you want honest mechanics that won’t take advantage of you and treat you with respect and integrity then I recommend you take your vehicles to Crosson’s. I’m a customer for life.

I have been going to Crossons for 2 decades. What I value the most about them is their integrity and honesty. Most recently, a newer feature of their service that I was quite impressed by was the service report that includes a fun inspection, an itemized list of things that are working great, items with suggested repairs, and those repairs that are highly recommended. Each item includes a photo of your car part and a "why this is important." For someone like myself that has zero mechanical knowledge, that was really helpful. The Office staff also emailed me with a cost of repairs sorted by highest priority, which I appreciated.

Took my 2016 F-150 to Crosson’s Auto Repair for scheduled maintenance and had an absolutely great experience. They performed a full range of services including cooling system service, transmission service, transfer case, front and rear differentials, brake fluid service, oil change, and spark plugs. Everything was done professionally and with care. The team was very friendly, honest, and straightforward from start to finish. They clearly explained what my truck needed, didn’t try to upsell anything, and kept me informed the whole way through. The work was done quickly and my truck runs fantastic now. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and dependable. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. I’m super happy I chose Crosson’s—this will definitely be my go-to shop moving forward. Highly recommend!

We have three of our vehicles serviced at Crosson’s and have been pleased with the customer service, scheduling, quality of work completed by the technician and communication! We returned for an oil change for the Mazda 3. They performed their checklist review and test drive to ensure that all aspects of our vehicle was in working order. It was noted that we had an alignment problem. Upon further inspection they found two front end bushings that were cracked. Cabin filter needed service and a coolant flush. We were able to prioritize the unexpected repairs as this total cost was not budgeted. Easy to work with. Thank you for taking care of our vehicles!

We were headed to Lake Twenty-two for a hike this morning. Our friend rolled down the rear window to appreciate the beautiful orange sunrise, and then the window wouldn’t roll back up. We then Google searched a nearby auto shop, and we were so glad to find CROSSON’S AUTO SHOP to be opened so early. We approached the front desk to get some help. The nice gentleman behind the desk said they are fully booked for the day but he came out to assess and tried to help us with the window. He even went out of his way to get a lubricant to spray the edges of the window, altho the electrical power is on, the window would not close all the way. He then went back to the office. We appreciated his kindness and for being so helpful. Meanwhile, our driver approached the mechanic who’s working in the garage to ask if they had any “suction” cups to see if it will work. This nice gentleman said they did not have suction cups but he came out to the car to see if he can help us. He also tried to lift the window up as our driver worked the power button. Slowly but surely, the window started to inch up until finally closed all the way. The lubricant that was sprayed earlier may have also eased it up. We wanted to express our BIG gratitude to CROSSON’S AUTO SHOP for their huge help today. The two gentlemen went out of their way to assess our needs and did their best to help us. Thank you for your kindness. We would have had to drive back 2 hours without our hike. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto repair on their cars.

I’ve used their services before and honestly they’ve only gotten better. My cat died randomly without much warning and the got her fixed up in only two days, four whole days before they expected to be done and I was charged 200 less than I was quoted. I can’t be at my phone at all during work and they were very willing to work with my mom on my behalf so things could get sorted. If you’re a young girl, I highly recommend. Everyone is very kind and no one gave is dumb girl treatment.

I just would like to pass on a great recommendation that I got from my son. crosson's Auto Repair This place is clean and spotless from top to bottom. They're fully staffed . I brought them a Chevy Silverado with some major difficulties and they got it done the same day I left it there. I would have picked it up at 5:30, but I didn't want to deal with the traffic from Everett to lake Stevens. That's right. This is in lake Stevens, Washington and you will not regret using this Auto repair service. 3 month 36,000 mile warranty on all items. Take a chance I did. I'm happy. Very happy that I found a new place I can trust.. David Definitely worth the drive for me in Everett..

I’ve been a customer now for over 4 yrs, this place is local and legit. I used to use the dealership but these guys beat their prices by hundreds of dollars if not more, and have warranties on their big work. I’ve had them do my a/c unit ( they were almost 2k cheaper than anyone else with 3 yr warranty, brakes and rotors saved me over $300 from More Schwab. They’re really good at letting you know a few oil changes before what will be coming down the pike, so that your aware of how much it’s gonna cost ya 4-6 months ahead of time, not just a straight slap across the face. Great customer service great workmanship just a solid SOLID shop. Highly recommended!!!!!
