They did a good install on my wheels. However when I first arrived I specifically told them I wanted a spare wheel and tire. I was quoted a price and I thought that was included in it. However upon calling back they told me they made a mistake and wanted to charge me to get the spare added on. I told them no. I do not recommend this place for sales as they do not seem to honor nor listen to your needs as a customer. At this point I wish I could just return my purchase. Terrible experience as they did nothing to fix this situation. Not to mention new wheels and tires cost me almost 3k for the package I chosen. I could’ve gotten similar package on American muscle for less than 2k

I just want to say by far the best experience I’ve had at any Les Schwab in the area and I’ve been to quite a few. Zachary was amazing very helpful and was willing to do whatever it takes to make sure I was happy and got what I needed done!!! If you are in the Lake Stevens area and need help fixing a flat or even need some new tires make sure to go to him and he will get everything taken care of!!!!
