Well I thought I would write a this short review because when I was in the Shell Gas Station just a few days ago I witnessed a younger kid trying to buy a big Kit Kat candy bar and he was quite a bit short on the money but the store clerk let him have it anyways.. I believe that he might of been the store owner but long story short I haven't experienced that since I was a kid .. Just thought it was awesome and I should write something about it

Went here today to get fuel and a quick wash. First pump would not take my credit card. It said go inside and see the cashier. When I went inside the cashier asked what I needed and when I told him the situation and he said just go to another pump...? I went to another pump and after filling up it said go inside for your receipt which I need it for the car wash. I went back inside again and the cashier asked how everything went and I said it went okay but it didn't print a receipt. He said oh will you need to wait and it'll print a receipt out of the machine. I said I know, he told me that he could not and to come in and get the receipt from you, and he just stood there and looked at me confused. Finally he figured it out and printed out a receipt what a pain in the neck for a quick fuel and wash...

BUYERS BEWARE: This business is dishonest as heck. Cashier tried to charge me $9.22 for Marlboro Light Special Select cigarettes even though the sign, DIRECTLY BEHIND HIM, said $7.99. Even $7.99 is a rip-off because WAWA, across the street is $2.00 cheaper! Sadly becauseI was in a hurry and didn't want to cross the highway, I paid their INFLATED price! I will NEVER patronize any establishment that takes advantage of the public! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Got gas and decided to cash in some lottery tickets. I knew how much my tickets were worth. The cashier tried to say I only had 52 bucks in tickets. Oh but I had 95.00 in tickets. One ticket was 50 bucks zone. I think he tried to pull a fast one on me. I made him recount it all. He finally gave me my money but I could tell he didn't want to. Never again will I go there. WaWa across the street is awesome and the gas is much cheaper.

Operator doesn't train staff to operate the register. Cashier charges different price then what the price tag says. Sometimes more and other times less. Cashier can't take 2 forms of payment even though I've paid like this before. The woman who works mornings is crazy and she insulted a family friend who died recently. She forces conversation with you and if you just want to pay and leave she will refuse service.

This is a warning to anyone wanting diesel. Skip this store and go somewhere else! The diesel pumps are slow as molasses and the store owner is well aware and doesn't care. We had a 23 cent discount, so we're wondering if that's why it was slower (hoping we would give up and drive off before getting our fuel allotment) . When we timed how long it took to pump one gallon, it came to two and a half minutes per gallon and that was with the handle set at maximum.

We've stopped here before but won't return. This time (7/7/25 @ 10:58 a.m.), the gas prices were higher than nearby stations, and there were no other customers around. Also, the women's restroom was locked and for the third time. When my wife asked the owner/sales associate about this (he was hidden behind the counter) he mumbled the words, "just use the Men's." She did, but there was urine all over the floor. When she returned and complained, the owner/sales associate ignored her and walked off.
