Bought a car wash at the pump. Went inside for the code, clerk informs me that the car wash is closed. Won't refund my money. Tells me to come back another day and use the code then.

This is my regular station. It is a great gas station, I just wish they'd invest in new squeegies for the windows. They always leave streaks. UPDATE: I went to get the most expensive car wash and the dryer was broken. I rely upon a clean spot free car for driving with Lyft. I told them it wasnt working and he said they knew and "sorry". No offer to refund or anything.

Carwash malfunctioned for the 2nd time. Parked my wet car by the store and notified the cashier. She made a phone call and came back, telling me that "He said to refund you $1:50". I asked who "he" was, and she advised that it was the manager. As the wash costs $10.00, I asked for a full refund. The cashier just rolled her eyes. I then asked to speak to the manager myself. She called, and he refused to speak with me. My last time at this substandard ripoff joint. As with other posts, horrible customer service. Buyer beware!!!

This is my preferred gas station. Great location, you’ll rarely get sketchy people pan handling. They sell gas and diesel, along with a well stocked snack shop. Employees are nice, store and station are clean. My only complaint is gas prices, but that’s a California problem. Edit: I noticed a lot of people giving bad reviews due to the automated car wash. Folks guess what? Automated drive through car washes aren’t gonna work miracles! If you want a nice shinny waxed car wash you HAVE TO pay a detailer.

Really great customer service. I came to use the restroom, the cashier didn't say the typical "you gotta purchase something" or ", customers only" kind of junk. I then proceeded to buy a beverage and he recommended a lower price from a different refrigerator. The guy saved me some money and honestly made my day. Thank you , that's what customer service is all about. Very much appreciated

I'm going to go by the facts and the facts only. I own a pretty fast Subaru and I want to ensure my gas is the best quality to avoid knock. I always pay using Apple Pay on my secure watch (which is ensured by multiple biometrics). This location DOES NOT take Apple pay at every gas stop. I went inside and asked why, and they said it's for security reasons and offered for me to pay inside but who does that? THIS PLACE IS A HINDRANCE TO US WHO USE APPLE PAY to pay

The people who work at this particular station are beyond spectacular. I had an emergency situation that occurred and needed assistance at night and the dark skinned gentleman who was working the evening shift was more than understanding and empathetic towards my plight. I returned the following morning to thank the clerk again and another sweet young dark skinned lady behind the counter inquired how I was and glad we were safe. Kudos to your amazing and caring staff. I will patronize this extremely clean station much more frequently, you have earned a loyal and appreciative customer.

normally the attendants are super nice but the guy that checked my id said i looked nothing like my photo and it made feel really uncomfortable, obviously i don't look the exact same way as i did at 16 when my photo was taken as i do now at 24..... super weird. my name on my id is the same name on my debit card too so idk what power trip he was on

This review is for the vacuum. I paid $15 for a car wash and came to this location specifically to use the car wash and self service vacuum. Neither of the two vacuum machines were working. Now I either have to pay for another car wash to use the vacuum - waste of money. Or I can act shady and go to another car wash that has a vacuum and try to just use the vacuum for free, which obviously is not honest. Either choice is not good. I’m not happy. I spoke to the man inside the store and he said that the machine is always freezing up and not working properly. They’ve had someone out 3x this week to fix it. Time to pay to replace it, bc it’s really inconveniencing your customers.

Anyone may have a bad day, yet what gets me is the dude with all the tattoos and the Vet hat was so rude! I have ruptured eardrums and I was very clear and concise when I changed from $50 to $55 for gas and as I was looking for my fuel rewards card he had entered $50,but made a noise that he was frustrated and I'm taking to long! 1st - it's already rude (and I should have walked right out) but I spoke, not 1 time, but twice! Think he spoke back? NO! Paid for my gas, asked for receipt & I said thank you! He still didn't say anything, but the guy behind me of a different race, he was polite to!! What throws me is if he truly is a Veteran, shame on him! We Veterans come in all shades! #AirForce & truly if a certain race of people rub you wrong, maybe get a job that doesn't consist of other races, but hey probably would be hard to find! I am so utterly disgusted & this message is just to say be cautious, you never know when a secret shopper will frequent your location! May God have Mercy on your soul and I forgive you because I have been forgiven!
