Station was chained and padlocked closed at 11:45pm on Friday night. Guy trying to deliver gas was confused too. Hard to conduct business when you are closed!

Bought a carwash it was not in service... Claudia the cashier refunded me my credit and deducted the 3.55 since they couldn't service me. What terrible service. I won't return

This is the worst car wash ever I paid $180 for a full service if I would have take it to another car wash on a regular car wash $20 he wouldn't be better these people are the worst they should close

Horrible service, pumped gas, and decided to use the bathroom, cleaning lady keep knocking on door to hurry, as I came out she said I took to long, this station need to be audit by the state, it has way to many complains, I also once saw some of the employees from the car wash passing around a little baggy with white substance, not sure what it was because just saw it really fast as I was walking by, but I can guess what it was

Poor management and lazy employees. Cars were backed up and workers are just standing around yelling and joking with each other. Took me almost 45 minutes for a silver wash to get my car and there was only one car in front of me.

It’s a hit or miss. Used to take my car for oil service and for a car wash for the past 4 years. Not sure if owners or managers changed but the quality of service has been inconsistent this past year.

May I suggest that the car wash lunch break be changed to an hour earlier so that when customers go for a car wash at noon…that there is enough staff during that lunch break hour. Or perhaps ensure there is enough staff at noon for car washes. I think it would improve customer relationship. Thank you

This spot needs to up there game on the car washes! It has declined tremendously! “big boy” in front who ask’s what service you want etc.NEVER vacuum correctly! Always leaving something behind! Today my car came out,and I could see where they missed washing parts of the car…☹️ How does that work at a car wash? I’m done coming here for car washes. On a brighter note,the young lady at the register (Claudia)was handling business ! Very efficient AND effective running both registers! Hopefully SHELL we’ll get the car wash right…

The older mexican man could be more attentive and polite. I was standing in line and there were 2 registers open but he looked at me and decided to just keep chatting and ignore me. The younger workers and bald gentleman are very well mannered. At times I understand it's difficult to be customer service oriented because of eastlake entitlement but that older man seems consistently nonchalant about people's time.

Car wash is terrible and lazy. Not expecting much, but a full service car wash should include hand dry. They let your car air dry in the sun and only wipe around drivers door, not even windshield or windows. Whole car had water spots. Don't go!! Not worth it.

I don' usually write a review but in this case I feel it is necessary ! They have a new car club priced right. Tires are coated, interior is wiped down, inside widows cleaned and car is completely dried. Almost thought is wasn't my car ! Francisco and his boys do one great job at one great price ! I would recommend this car wash to whoever wants the job done right ! Miles Smith

Got a car wash and got my car back with a totally flat tire. When I asked to speak to a manager, they had me wait 45 minutes standing next to my car waiting and waiting and finally was told he didn’t want to talk .. Asked if I can speak to anyone regarding the issue and they told me I need to leave and there’s nothing they can do and it’s not their fault 😂. Not sure how I can leave after they gave me a flat tire ! I had to call a tow truck to change out my tire. Spent 3 hours there and the lazy manager didn’t even have the nerve to talk to me or show me the cameras or explain what happened to my car! Accidents happen which I understand but the way the whole situation went down and was handled was totally unprofessional. Ive been coming here for 5 years but will never return again. The manager is a total clown!
