Zero stars if I could. Second time in, both times received terrible customer service. The plump girl with short hair is rude, and the older crypt-keeper lady was even more rude. When I commented on her rudeness, she said the complaint number was on the receipt. 0 stars if I could. Will not ever give these people my money again.

Very dirty store, soda machines always sticky not clean. All the food here seems overpriced and just not good compared to other stores $6 for a chicken sandwich that seems like it's been sitting in there warmer for hours on end.

The manager lady was very unfriendly. I came in with the rewards app to pick up my reward for spending so much money on gas and apparently they don't have the product that was given as a reward so I asked if I can get a soda or coffee to replace it and the manager refused to give any customer service at all.

For a fairly new station, it’s dirty. The pumps were gross to touch, there was trash in the empty washer fluid. The bathrooms were just as nasty the hand dryers look like they’ve never been cleaned.

I spend probably 100-150 a week here… 9 year customer. Not anymore…. They just called me shady for wanting to do a random act of kindness for an employee. WOW, people do DO nice things for others, too bad you decided to assume I was a shady person. Shame on you, ONLY GOD judges. BTW… most gas is .25 cheaper 1 exit east or west of this gas station; price gaugers.

I was very disappointed with this car wash, especially for the $12 price. The wash provided was subpar and not much better than what you might get for $3-$5 elsewhere. It barely rinsed off my vehicle, leaving soap residue and not even removing bird droppings from the side of my truck. The water pressure was insufficient to clean properly. For a much better experience, I recommend going to the 3-minute Car Wash down the street, which offers vacuums and towels for a thorough clean. This service should be priced at $3-$5 at most… drove my truck over to the gas pumps to finish getting the bird droppings off and they don’t even have their windshield fluid filled in the containers. Ugh. I’ll have to take my truck to the next stop for another car wash to finish the job.

This shells is about as worse as it gets. Its crazy how dirty it is in here considering it’s fairly new and for being the area its in. The restrooms in here are absolutely DISGUSTING. The overwhelming smell of pee, simply not clean at all. Id rather poop outside then ever use this restroom. They should be ashamed to have this place look like this. Ive seen better in the worst parts of phx.

This gas station is ghetto. ALL the trash cans were over filled, no water in the windshield wiper bins so couldn't wash our windows, gas pumps didn't print out receipts so had to go inside and get one and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. Lazy employees and poor management

I've been a regular at this gas station for about 2 months now.. All the employees are nice to me besides the one short haired lady with the glasses 😬 she always tells me to go to the end of the counter on the other side then proceeds to go back to the spot i was at just to make me walk there again. She always has an attitude and even the co workers thinks she crazy.. This place used to be enjoyable until she somehow came along and got hired. I wish good luck on her co workers. She is absolutely insane

The heavier white female attendant was absolutely horrible today . She was super rude today to me and very rude to few Hispanic males today having trouble with the zap on the card machine . Absolute trash personality and disrespectful, this place is always a mess, trash cans , rest rooms and service.

Please stop and purchase gas elsewhere. The service at this location was unacceptable—the front desk employee was extremely rude. Corporate management should urgently review the overnight staffing, as the current employee is driving customers away.

I’ve lived in Verrado for 5 years and the atm has never worked, not even once it’s always out of order. And then the cashiers never have cash or change in their tills….. it’s a gas station.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD IN THE WARMER. I got mozzarella sticks. They were ice cold. I bought them at 2:30 in the afternoon. I discovered when they were made and it said 12:21AM . Also date is wayyy off. They obviously don’t care. Not safe to eat. Who knows how long it’s been actually sitting. Maybe days. This place should be shut down and start all over. The people are weird and rude also. Just not a pleasant experience.

Kid at the counter and his co worker gave me a hard time for not donating a dollar asking if I dont believe in good karma just because I didnt have a dollar to donate check the cameras the guy leaning backwards on the counter and the guy at register im facing at 5:06pm Sunday November 23rd I live just down the road from here and I've been coming here for years I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by these 2 as a customer for over 10 years you just lost. I would highly recommend re training or replacing people that are disrespecting your customers like they did.

This gas station is a rip off in the area they price hike because theres no competition. I hope a qt opens across the street and crushes them consistently 30-40c higher per gallon than the arizona average.

This place always is so run down. The car wash card reader hasn't worked in probably a year. Okay, I'll go inside. The line is wrapping around the store. Okay, fine I'll get cash from the ATM. The ATM has been out of service for months. 😐
