As a chauffeur low fuel prices are important to me. This shell station has consistent low fuel prices, even lower with a shell fuel rewards card. At this point .05 is worth it to me.

I went to car wash last night. The back was full of the foams. I talked to the guy worked inside. He insisted my car was clean and refused to go out to take a look. After I showed him the photo. He said my car is too big. BTW, mine is a van. I showed it to a customer who said it was not clean at least. Then he said it was just forms and will dry off. I asked to see the manager. He said he was the manager. Really? Then he said the real manager will come Tuesday morning. I have 3 cars and go to this car wash regularly ever since they installed the new car wash. I am speechless.

Very unprofessional it’s a pandemic and 3 out of 5 of employees including the manager were not wearing masks. Most customers who come in also had no masks. The manager was working over open food with no mask, I asked why and he smirked and said that he goes into the freezer and it can get hard to breath . Well your not in the freezer now and your working around food and have your other employees and customers without masks even thou it’s regulation to do so . Highly don’t recommend unless you wanna risk getting covid

I don't think I've ever come to this gas station and received a receipt from the machine. Literally always out of receipt paper. That's not the only maintenance issues these machines have had. Someone needs to take care of their gas station better.

I had gone in for a car wash and it broke my atenna off my car, I had called back and a really nice gentleman went and found it. He then asked me to come in and fill out an accident report but to talk to the mgr first. I called on 5/5 and the mgr was VERY rude and said there is NOTHING they can do even though nothing is poster what is NOT covered. I asked to speak to the owner, he would not give me the number BUT said he has no time for me and said this is corporate.

The staff has never been rude. But the bathrooms require a key, are outside on a detached building (less safe than indoor) and they are often on the gross side. I travel a lot and the other stations at this corner are closed at night so I've had to stop here often.

My handicapped wife was denied use of the restroom. Restroom for paying customers only she was told. I will certainly make sure that I pass up this gas station

I had a incomplete Carwash, it keep faulting & didn’t properly complete the cycle. On top of it the owner / manger was a rude & showed a very unprofessional attitude. I hope Shell looks into such problematic attitude of these unprofessional people who totally misrepresent Shell’s name.

KAREN refused to give me her Manager's name. My card would not release out of the machine for 5 mins. I pressed the help button no one bothered to come out. I went in to ask for help. The manager was more worried about stocking cigarettes than helping me. She told me just hit the clear button. Well it didn't release so I called in the store. She called me a liar basically and said you got your card out I see you. But yet I'm asking for help. Then she sent a worker out to release my card I moved to another pump and she refused to give me gas by sending see cashier. I went across the street and got my gas. Poor service

Went to put gas in my car and the gas line ended up spraying me with gas. It turns out the line had a hole in it. I went to tell the people inside and they told me to go to another one. When I asked to get a refund for the gas that had sprayed all over me the attendant told me it was my fault for putting gas at that station. When the pump was not labeled that it was not in use or that it was something wrong with it

Gas station is very clean and the price of gas over here was really cheap compared to other gas stations in the neighborhood. You can wipe your windshield for free and they even had paper napkins. I’m glad they had it, as many gas stations usually don’t. It was well light and felt safe to fuel up there. We were in three cars, and the gas there was 2.43. Since we had the shell rewards app, we got further discount of 20 cents per gallon and it got the price down to 2.23. Would definitely go back to this gas station in the future.

The auto shut off on my pump failed. I was in the car and was able to turn it off after 10 or 12 bucks spilled out. It was very difficult to shut off without getting gas all over myself because the gas was shooting everywhere. I went inside to tell them what happened. When I asked if they could do anything to help they said "NO". When I asked if they had anything to help clean up or get rid of the gas smell they pointed to the sink. They never offered to come look at the pump and see if it was broken or help in any way. I was visibly upset when I left. I came back 2 minutes later after calming down and instead of apologizing or offering any assistance they accused me of breaking the pump. I had to leave before totally losing it. Stay away from this place.

Today, I went there to fill up my gas tank and wash my car. When I was there they don't have any sign indicate the car was down due to malfunction. I was there filled up my gas tank and purchase for the car wash, when I drive to their car wash they have a cone block right in the front of the car wash entrance. Not before the path for enter.I went in to the store they say their car wash is down. When I ask for refund for the car wash service they said they can't. Also they say their car wash service is for 30 days. I don't want to waste another date and time to come in to get a car wash. This is misleading the customer and possibly sale fraud because they can't deliver the service for what they charged. Additional Story: Today, One day after previous story happened. I called and ask about is the car washing is fixed or not. It is not fixed yet. It is only been one day that is understandable. But this is what really make me mad. Instead of refund of the car wash service they can't provide, they are asking me is my car wash service is expired or not. Technically if this is customer's problem it shouldn't be refund but it is actually the gas station problem. Instead of refund the customer they want to make sure you waste your time to their car wash service even though there is a very high chance customers might miss the service then they probably going to say it is expired. This doesn't sound right.

Nickle and Diming at its finest. I went in to get a couple fountain drinks. i tried the dr pepper and it tasted ok so i filled it. at the end it started sputtering so it tasted flat. i pour it out and fill two cherry cokes (which please beware at first when it comes out it smells like some cleaner but i was fine because it went away after airing out). I go to check out and they charge me $5.51~. After i paid it clicked that i checked the price and it should be $1.69 each. i asked and he said condescendingly "but how many did you pour out... we charge by each". and i told him it was flat and dr. pepper might not be working. i believe i said this even before i paid and he ignored me. he now responds that they were filled the day before. and i said then it must be the machine because it sputters. after them waiving me of and i continue to tell them the second clerk comes out and says then show me. and i said sure. it sputters... then he says no that's how it is. and then shows me that white comes out of 3 other sodas. absolutely rudely saying each looks different. and i had to just say it pumps out INTERMITTENTLY. after a few rounds of him trying to waive me off. he told me fine i can have refund. So instead of a bad soda being tossed and 2 sold he threw all 3 away and told me I'm not welcome. Take note, they will charge you for what they think is fair. not what you bring to the counter. if i wasn't paying attention he would have stolen from me.

IF YOU HAVE A DIRTY CAR, DON’T WASH IT HERE! Gas prices were good, windshield washer fluid and towels were well stocked. Needed a car wash so I went for the Super Wash. Once my car dried out in the sun, I realized that I now have a shiny dirty car. The outer dust got washed off and the wax was applied over the grime below. I returned to the station later that day (10/20/23) and was told to speak to the manager tomorrow. I returned on 10/21/23 at 10:45 am and was told that the manager was only there in the morning and to return on Monday. He also said it was a new system. I had washed my car at this station previously without issue. Obviously, their new system is not performing to expectations.

I am a regular here- stop by weekly to get gas and smokes and have been coming here for well over a decade, way before their renovation. This was my interaction this morning- the heavier set night cashier literally sat in his car until I walked in. Fine. I hold the door open for him and he says nothing. I say good morning to him- mind you I am the customer-and he says nothing. Fine…I tell him I want a deal they have going on. He proceeds to reply that I am the reason that they ran out…that I bought them all. Mind you, I haven’t bought smokes there in several weeks at that point. I smiled and replied “is that so?”, not knowing how to respond to his blatant rudeness. I say thank you and he never replied. The man that works there is a poor representation of shell and should not have a customer service job if he is going to be miserable. This isn’t my first bad experience with this man, and the pattern keeps repeating with him. Avoid this gas station for that man alone
