Absolute scam. They replaced both of my control arms when I brought the truck in for a leveling kit. The LCAs were replaced 4 years ago in Atlanta, and hardly had any miles on it(5k), but claimed that all of the bolts seized and it wouldn’t be advisable to adjust the coil overs unless this was fixed. They also told me that there was play in the rack and pinion and that it needed to be replaced— I declined because $1400 is ridiculous. They used AC Delco LCAs. I looked up the parts online and they overcharged me by $70/arm. When I confronted them, they refused to price match— citing that they have to make a profit. In this same visit, I asked them to check the drivetrain when I was experiencing vibration on acceleration and deceleration— but they didn’t check. I had to come back the following day with the same problem. They claimed that because they don’t know how to replace ujoints, I’d have to replace the driveshaft(Precision), or I could send it out to be refurbed. They wanted to charge $850+ tax(nearly $1000) for a part that costs $300-$450 on O’Reilly’s website, and isn’t even a premium product (Tom Woods is cheaper and made to off road). I picked up my truck, and took it to my normal mechanic, Toy Car Care, and it was only a bad u-joint in the rear. They’re replacing the u-joint. Toy Car Care’s opinion was that the lower control arms shouldn’t have had to have been replaced after 4 years, and there was nothing wrong with the rack and pinion— but Les Schwab tends to upsell or lie to people— my bad— I should’ve inspected the LCA before approving the job— but if you value honesty, customer service and quality work, take your care elsewhere.

What a great experience! I came in on my spare tire, sure I needed a new tire. The technician first said, let's see if he can fix it. He sure did! If earning my trust is their business, they have mine! I appreciate them saving/patching the tire! Not only did it save me money, but it's good for the environment. I won't go anywhere else. Stopped in for an alignment on the front of my lifted pickup and discovered they do full synthetic oil changes. Asked them to add that as well. They called me to let me know alignment was good and nothing needed, do they removed that charge. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. They've earned my business!

My tech, (Coleman) did everything in his power to make sure I was well updated, as well as, properly given option, for my particular issue that afternoon. Most folks would have ducked the customer or sent them home with a sub par fix. Your man made sure it was done right. Regardless of the minor inconvenience of making me wait a little longer up front. Good on y'all for hiring a guy like that. Hopefully you will recognize him for it.

I’ve been coming to this shop for about a year and I’m always impressed with the quality of service. I left a previous review about Jordan and Brandon being amazing but I had to delete it to leave a new review for Joe. This man has helped me many times and he is genuine, knowledgeable, and makes me feel like I can trust a mechanic in Denver which is so rare. I can’t recommend this shop enough, and I don’t care how much Joe is paid, give the man a raise! He’s a huge asset to this establishment.

I love L/S!! I have been using them for several years now and the customer service has always been great. I came early for my appt and as I was getting out of my car, an employee greeted me. My rotate went quick and the rep then went over the findings and gave me estimates for work that needs done that I have been aware of. I will surely get this work done with you in the fall and I have to say.....I will never go to Big O again...their customer service is horrible!!

I came to this shop because it was recommended. What I found here was nothing short of being taken advantage of. They tried to sell me a tire rim that didn't match the other 3. At first I didn't realize how important it is that all 4 rims needed to be identical until I went to get my tires replaced. The folks at Les Schwab tried to pull a fast one on me. I usually do not do reviews like this, but this was a truly horrible experience. I am very disappointed with Joe, the manager, and how he treated my daughter and I. We requested a refund on a service that was upsold to us and only got a partial. Overall this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend service at this location.

My teenage daughter came in today with a low tire that had recently been filled with air. She was a bit anxious, understandably. Les Schwab didn’t find a problem with the tire. So they went further, taking the tire apart to inspect it. They did find a different issue and fixed it without cost. I can’t say they will fix your issue without cost but knowing they went the extra mile to find the problem and didn’t create a larger issue and cost when they could’ve… She’s now safely back on the road and won a young loyal customer. I had come in for a tire inspection and rotation. As well as a possible alignment that was able to be handled fairly quickly by the service techs. I was able to get the car within a few hours and the tech showed my detailed videos of additional issues that painted a clear picture for me on the next step to take with our family vehicle. It was peace of mind to have the tech talk to me plainly and visually show me the issues where many would just tell you there's an issue, the man put proof into the pudding so to speak. Any tire services needed in the future ill happily be coming back for their services for.

Awesome manager and people. Brought in the A4 in for tires, oil change. Had them check the CV joints - an Audi shop (who just changed transmission fluid) said boot was torn and leaking. CV joints were fine. The Audi shop had spilled tranny fluid - which stained the CV joint area. Saved me $3000 (CV replacement cost). My go to shop.
