My car was half fixed. I told them my transmission and air bags weren't shifting properly and bags leaking and now 3 months later my transmission won't shift and bags leaking bad so I can't drive my Cadillac and now and now they want 7000.00 dollars extra to fix it when originally it was part of accident. They kill you with kindness!

I would definitely recommend fast track collision to anyone looking for a collision center. They set realistic expectations on repairs and updated me when there was an update available. They even detailed the inside of my car which was a great surprise that I was not expecting 😊 . I will use them in the future for sure.

This company does a high volume of quality body work. And they work with all the insurance companies. Plus they have a small business feel. The staff remembers you. They tell you what it will take and how long. They even had someone on their staff drive home with me and they drove my car back to the shop so I didn't have to walk or wait for a ride. They helped me with a new bumper from a fender bender and they finished a day earlier than they had told me it would take.

One of the best collision centers around. I had my car in due to a right front tire hitting a curb they took their time fixed it right and didn't have to come back for anything else and it looked better than new after they were done with it. We had our van repaired by fast track after the hail storm earlier this year. Ultimately we received our car back repaired, but not before they kept it 2 weeks longer than quoted because they ordered the wrong roof replacement & dealing with an issue where the roof they replaced began leaking because they improperly sealed it so we had to take it back for them to repair again. We maxed our insured rental coverage before the vehicle was done the first time, let alone having no vehicle the second time we took it in. I understand sometimes you just have a tricky situation, & if they had communicated in a professional manner we probably wouldn’t have felt so bothered by it. We got one call in particular where they made jokes about extending the pickup time AGAIN even though they were actually done with the vehicle. They did accept responsibility for the shoddy work on the roof & didn’t charge us again for repairing it, but unfortunately that’s not enough for me to have faith they would be nice to work with in the future.

I brought my 2020 BMW 330i into this shop due to it being the only one under my insurance that’s able to work on my 2020 BMW. Now, the customer service and communication was swell they were timely and polite so that side is good. After around a month at the shop I was called to be notified my car was ready. When I got there the car looked great from the outside like new the panel gaps weren’t perfect but I wasn’t looking for perfect. What I was told was that they could not do a alignment on the vehicle due to a problem on the left strut (collision was on the right) and due to my claim being for the right side they were not going to complete the alignment on my front wheels. I was told it was no big problem and easily fixed so I took their word for it the worst I believed would happen would be just some tire wear until I got it to a alignment center. A week went by and as time went by my car would make more and more noises in the front struts every time I turn the wheel. These noises quickly turned into loud cracks and dings every time the vehicle even moves or is turned. Now I respect the diligence to tell me why they weren’t going to do the alignment and I signed off on it because I needed my car after a month to just get to work and continue living my life. But an alignment is required for a vehicle to be fully fixed no matter if it’s broken on the right side top side or bottom I explicitly bring the car to a collision shop so it can be 100% after. This seems like a mistake on the shop either through a part that came up after inspection or the inability to complete the alignment. Regardless the job was not finished and now I’m left with a bigger problem. Also, I noticed my passenger side airbags were left turned OFF without my knowledge so this is a major safety concern to my passengers. To anyone who reads this and has a foreign car relatively newer I highly suggest going straight to the manufacturer or a manufacturer approved shop to avoid complications like this. (UPDATE : My insurance informed me that this shop was aware of these issues and replied saying I would get contacted to fix these issues. They never contacted me. I took my car to another shop that’s certified on my brand and was informed of some concerning issues. The clicking noise came from the steering rack that was supposed to be replaced and never was, this is a safety hazard that could’ve left me without steering while driving. Not only that, they used a power tool to overly tighten a tie rod and did not replace a broken engine mount. So apart from all these glaring safety issues they still took money to do an alignment that was never completed once I read the paperwork. 8 MONTHS LATER I am still hearing more and more about how this shop neglected and ignored so much about my car and chose to ignore making it right. If this is how you do business I hope more and more people realize what they got themselves into goodbye and good riddance)
