Understaffed. Most of the time this location is closed because someone is on break. Long lines for a busy location. Chevron just a mile away will be quicker and have anything you need from shell and it's always open!

If your on a schedule and leave for work around 5am to 530am. Dont go here. Clerk always goes on his break and pumps never have receipt paper. So if you need it for a car wash or company gas receipt, he will make you wait 30min till his break is done.

Horrible customer service from the two cashiers behind the counter! They were gossiping behind the counter! The woman cashier was very snippy with me when I walked up to the counter to buy some gas! Very unprofessional.....will be spending my money elsewhere.

I can to pump gas and hopefully be able to break 100$ bill never have I once heard of a gas station not able to break 100$. I was outraged because I was low on gas as it was. And your employees suggested I go to a different gas station implying that this Gas station is good for nothing. I hope I managers reads this!! I’ll be calling in the morning and speaking with someone

This location is usually great and deserves 5 stars, however on weekend nights when i need to get gas, this location allows 20+ teenagers park their parents cars at the pumps and stand there and vape while they hold a wannabe car show for hours, cutting the amount of normally available gas pumps at least in half.

this place never has coffee, and it's only when the young guy is working. we commute early in the morning and would like something warm while we pump our gas at 3am. but this guy always says theyre out. while when the other girl works shes always on top of it. having it ready for all early commuters. after our 5th try we no longer go here we rather go to the 76 across the street

I am a Dillards employee and work at the mall. I would stop at this gas station frequently to put gas. I really didnt like going inside as it was because they are normally rude. They dont like to greet people and when they speak to you they don't look at you. I am all about customer service. I remember who treats me good. So typically i would just pay outside. However, today I desperately needed to use the restroom and also get some gas. I walked inside because i know they have a restroom and have used it before. But this time they lady told me I wasn't allowed to use it. She said I had to go to the one outside. She said I could only use the inside one if the outside one was busy. The customer service is poor and there are other gas stations that have way better quality gas but i would go there because it was close to work. They have officially lost a loyal customer. And being that I work in the mall and have very loyal customers as well, I will share my experience with them. I always recommend places to all my people. This place is on my do not go list. Goodbye.

Standing in the cold for 10 min at 11:40pm while the clerk helps the customer in front of me. I get to the window and she says "were closed" gives me no explanation or anything. So I called the gas station she explains to me she closes it to count her drop or something.. Then I ask so when can I buy stuff again she said they re open at 12. Just bad customer service I would've waited 20 min until she was done doing what she had to do but she really didn't care to tell me that she re opened in 20 min instead she just gave me a rude attitude and a hand gesture.

I've come here plenty of times. Does some of the pumps old and have plenty of cuts on the screen which make it hard to see it? Yes. But is there any other complaints? Nope. Ive walked in side and the workers are always extremely kind to me. I mostly come late night and must say that I've always felt safe here. Would recommend

This has to be the absolute worst shells in av . First time I came here Two months ago the guy over charges me 8 dollars for two dutchess . 1 week after that it's 2 am and a heavy set female is flirting with a vendor and tells me that they are closed with an attitude even though this location is 24 hrs . Now tonight at 12:04 The associates had me waiting ( during my break ) to get gas for a "change over" telling me to wait outside with no signs of telling me to come back on or anything they are just chatting around telling me it would take two minutes which turn into 7 so I left. All overnight terrible experience . Don't go to this one at night or at all !

They need to call pest control for the pigeons inside the car wash. Last time I waited under the dryer my car had poop on it. I let it go thinking it was a one time thing but I just went back over a month later and they are still there and even more aggressive. I didn’t wait for the dryer this time. Now my car will have spots all over it. I went to report it, but the young man just said they scare him when he’s cleaning. I won’t be using the car wash again.
