This shell food mart does not honor the sales listed on pepsi products. 20 fl oz pepsi bottle products are listed for 2 for $3. It should come out to around $3.33 they charged me 4.89. I know its only a dollar and some change but theyre literally advertising this price everywhere. On top of that the female clerk with red hair says, "I think the promotion ended". I just paid said thank you and walked away. The owner Michael Ming Chao should really change his practices.

Used their car wash today for the first time. My car came out pretty clean. The vaccums didn't have alot of suction power but still worked.

Every body inside is great.. however yr carwash attendant is slacking he lightly scrub wit very little soap on brush an only did one side of the car I paid for the lava an got a $6 wash service.. never had this problem maybe retrain him thats all.. other the. That I love this gas station :) (Indian youngster guy)

Very bad customer service from a female clerk not just to us but to all customers and taking to co workers while scanning items and spoke under her breath/mumbled things Spoke to us with attitude and rude tone also threw our change on the counter and slammed the drawer because the total was 15.38 and we gave her 21 so we could get a 5 dollar bill and little coins instead of four singles which would’ve been easier on her and saved the singles for the register. And then proceeded to raise her voice and accuse us of things and then told us to never come back overall worst experience I’ve ever had at this station and I have previously owned a shell this is not how we should treat out customers.

It's a nice friendly store overall but if you have to use the restroom don't ask cause they won't let you, they're still using the covid as an excuse. I've seen them give the key to random people so it's like they let them use it when they feel like it

THEY HIRE THIEVES. I came here to buy two packs of smokes for my dad for his birthday.. The cashier was friendly, but i realized that she didnt give me my receipt and i realized that she short changed me by $10 after i gave her a $100 bill. She said she was 56 and her birthday was in January after she checked my ID. Watch your total and BE CAREFUL. I really can't believe they hire scammers like her. Count the tills please. She is probably scamming other people too.

I don't understand the marketing team at Shell why they have such a stupid photo as their main cover photo. You can't even see what the place looks like unless you research the other pictures. But all Shell stations put up this lame picture of the store.

Pay $10 for a car wash only to be left with a dirty soapy car. The brushes weren’t working properly and stopped working multiple times. The pre scrub that is given before entering was the only soap that touched the car because the car wash failed to dispense soap and when it came to the rinse process the water came out in dribbles. Literally spend your money anywhere else.

Do not get the membership for the car wash. $40 a month and they can’t resolve replacing a sticker on my windshield. They asked me to come back 3 times as I did so I can be told that they close at 8pm- nobody seems to care about this issue. Do not get the membership- going in 4 days without being able to wash my vehicle.

For the past couple of years I go to this Car Wash often, because they do not use tire shine if you don't pay for it. My past few visits my truck has soap on the back end and the tailgate. This Sunday I went there to get a car wash and there were two attendants washing the front and back of vehicles as well as windows as you drove past. When I got over to the area to dry and vacuum my vehicle I noticed there were still bugs on the front of my truck and nobody had touched the tailgate, it was filthy. All I'm asking is if you want me to pay you $10 to wash my vehicle, then wash my vehicle. I pay you you do the work you said you would! Any problems in the past I have went in and spoke to somebody and they become angry about the issue.

My car windshield has a security feature that makes it so the car wash stickers aren’t read. Rather than help me fix it the cashier told me in a rude manner “I’m not going to help you since you want to cancel” I told her I just started the membership and I want it fix before I agree to next month membership and she just shrugged and said “there’s no point in helping you.” So I cancelled the membership and called my bank about the issue. My bank reserved the charge and refunded me the money. Don’t go here when there is a touch less car wash down the street @ the Chevron.

Reviewing only for the convenience store. I stopped here on a roadtrip. The staff (a nice lady) was friendly and let me use the restroom, which was well maintained and clean. I purchased something because she was nice! I did not purchase gasoline so I cannot speak to that.

Who is down to start a gofundme.com? Pay the new owners what they paid or lower. Since we all know it sucks. Then we pay the previous owner to run it. Sucks seeing a place I used to go to everyday. Been turned into complete and total garbage. We do appreciate the former workers who stuck around. We are all sorry you have to go through what the new "owners" are doing to destroy A once magnificent corner store!

Since the new owners took over they don't take care of the carwash. No soap in the wash, and the guys brushing it off before hand had no soap in their brushes. The water didnt even hit the top of the car. Their focus is now selling alcohol. Won't be spending my money at this store again.

Give it a 2 star because this lady Carla i believe her name is has the most horrible attitude. Terrible customer service skills. Not going to lie I would of rated it a 5 if it wasn't for her. I used to go there daily even before that lady started working there. That's why I mainly go to chevron now. I mean atleast fake a nice attitude don't have to show your crappy attitude to everyone else just because your miserable.
