Expensive but that's the nature of a chain store. Had to get a new battery and was way overpriced compared to online. I had no other choice that early in the morning before work. The guy was super friendly helping me replace the battery in the car. I lacked any tools to do so myself.

Not I'm impressed at all. The lady was nice to begin with. Willing to help. She was unable, probably by law to help me with my ac coolant. I walked out to my car and noticed my tire a bit flat. Went back in got some fix a flat. Asked if they were aloud to help me with that A male employee walked past looked at me laughed and said he dont do that. She laughed . Just rude.

The guy who helped me was so rude. He didn't really want help me because he thought I wasn't gonna buy parts. So I went to Chester store in Bakersfield and bought my parts. He was very rude to my face. The other young man was very nice. He asked me about my oil gauge or light on my dashboard.

They were extremely helpful and nice. My SO ordered some windshield wipers from them, and he accidentally ordered them from another store and not the one I told him to (he isn't from CA, so I wasn't upset, lol). But anyway, I showed up and of course our order wasn't there but they called the other store to ask if it was placed there for me so I wouldn't waste a trip! Otherwise, I would have been wandering around trying to find which store he placed the order with, lol. The second store was just as nice and helpful.

Brought my new battery to be charged and when I went to pick it up they had no idea where my battery was. So they stole my battery. These people are thieves. Never doing business with them again. $240 battery gone. Update:. Corporate made them give me a new battery but w no warranty after one of the workers tried getting me to fight him.
