Stay very very fare away from these snakes....they are parts pushers not mechanics. They will not diagnose the problem and start ordering parts without your ok and charge you for them. When those parts don't work they order different parts that still don't fix the problem. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

In March 2023 David Replace the engine IN Our Nissan altima The 1st day we left it there We went down that evening He had our engine laying on the ground The very next evening David delivered it to our home He charged us about 1/3 the price of the Nissan dealer's quote , Jenny who works in the office is a very nice lady who treated us with all respect

First thing you must know is, THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. I took my Z4 there because it had a blown head gasket. When this guy claimed to have done a diagnostic, he said that my radiator was cracked and and there was no saving it, also i needed a new flywheel, and along with the headgasket he wanted 9000 DOLLARS! I asked how much just for the engine and he wanted 4000! I decided to instead take it to a professional shop near white lane and gosford (Where I live) and had my car towed there (Paying another 65 dollars to have it towed again.) Turns out, the radiator is fine, I don't need a new flywheel, and the head gasket repair only cost 2200! (Which turns out is average price!) Yeah, this place costs me 65 dollars to tow my car there, another 65 to tow it back to my house where the shop is, and 95 for the "Diagnostic" . So, they cost me 225 dollars to do nothing to may car. And I don't even have a job right now! You guys are going to meet me in court. I promise you this.

A rip off $300 for a part that costs $15. Then was quoted $3000 for bushings in the front end and two CV axles. After I had them work on it to get the check engine light off, I get the car back and the check engine light comes right back on the same day. So I take the car back to them and now they say it's the catalytic converter. I left before they were going to require my first born and my home. Strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Awesome mechanics. They don't play parts toss and hope for the best, they diagnose, repair and don't rob your wallet. My Jag mech. for as long as I own my car. The way I see it, if you don't use them, don't complain cause its still broken.

Came for a PPI - the car that they said was mechanically fine had major issues that I will have to fix by myself (Steering Rack, unexplained engine noise). It seems like they held the car for an hour or so and returned it with no real care. If you have a German vehicle, I would not recommend this shop.

Had our 2013 Mercedes Benz GL550 in for an air coolant leak that other shops couldnt fix a few months back. They did an excellent job fixing that issue as well as an axle joint leak and have had no issues since the repair. The car was in their hands for awhile but made us aware and communicated when it would be ready as they seemed to be real busy. Will be taking our car there for future issues.

Horrible experience. WORST Customer Service! They NEVER update you on your vehicle. They diagnosed my 2019 Landrover Discovery needing a new timing chain. Made an appointment & took my car in. I had asked how long it would take & they said no more than 2 weeks. Well 3 months later I’m in a worst situation. I have a “new” timing chain BUT my car needs a new motor. They would ALWAYS give me the run around. The person that said they were the “Owner” was actually the manager. Owner passed away LAST YEAR. Finally when my car was ready to be picked up we did drove it 7 miles & stayed stranded on the freeway. A mechanic came out and DROVE my car back to the shop while it was misfiring because it was going to take too long for a tow truck & it was after 5pm. I had to file a complaint with Bureau Automotive Repair to actually get my refund. It would have been better if they would have been honest & told me they didn’t have time & they didn’t know how to do the job.

I waited 2 weeks for a diagnostic appt. I was the only customer there. The young mechanic was rude, but hey, it's early in the morning, maybe not a morning person. The manager Janelle came in about 835am. and asked if I was leaving my car, I said no. Instant attitude from the mechanic and her. The mechanic took 40 minutes to diagnose my vehicle. He didn't enter the data in the computer, he hand wrote it. Janelle had a question about his diagnosis, but unfortunately, he was in the restroom and wasn't coming out. She asked me to leave, and she would call me with the information. I had to pay my $165.00. I waited 2 days and called back, and asked what was going on. I havre heard from you all. Janelle got pissy because I was bothering them... LOL...long story short. I got a written estimate with fancy writing that I can't read...LOL... no diagnose codes, and my car idling had been pumped up. I had to lower it again. They didn't accept responsibility for doing that. Bad service from the get-go .
