Amazon delivery vans congest the gas station, vans idle at gas pumps, and nobody does anything about it. You will end up waiting 10 minutes at the very least looking for a pump you can get in line for. Its incredible!

My friends were driving through from ga in the middle of the night and their car was hit by another vehicle. While they were stranded there for an hour waiting for me to get there to pick them up, the employee working refused to let them use the bathroom. I understand they have the right to refuse that 'luxury' but a little hospitality goes along way.

I visited this location on Saturday morning June 13th to buy breakfast from the Dunkin Donuts inside the store; clearly they have No entry signs without a mask posted in the main entry door but the employees are NOT enforcing the strict requirements as I witnessed SEVERAL Customers not wearing any face covering and I was deeply angered by this and will report further if no action is taken by Management or ownership of this establishment!!!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

This has many pumps a very good store with many drink options including a Dunkin donuts. Also there's a bay for cleaning your car. One thing I did notice is the air machine's psi reader wasn't working well

Terrible owners/management, taking advantage of people. They should be ashamed of themselves, charging a whole dollar more per gallon of gas over other stations in the area, I wasn't paying attention to the price, ended up overpaying b$16 dollars more on fillup because they had jacked up the price...

I don't write many reviews but the car wash is terrible!! By far one of the worst I've been to. Car still came out dirty. I could run my finger along my car and still see a track of dirt. Not to mention it didn't even spray/wash the back of my car!! Completely missed it!! Also, no "light touch" brushes to get some of the heavy stuff. Spend your money elsewhere not at this car wash!! Note: the convenience store is wonderful which includes friendly employees, Dunkin' Donuts, and a Baskin-Robbins.

The guys woking there on Sunday shift are very rude ! They kept talking for 5 minutes and ignored me while trying to pay ! Also the guy with white hair tried to yell at me when I asked him gently to give me a bag !! Never here again although I was a customer here for 6 years .. very bad customer service

- Gas is always about 15 to 20 cents higher per gallon than other gas stations within 5 miles of here, but I was in a rush so stopped anyways. The pumping rate was so slow that 5 gallons into my fill-up (my tank holds 30 gallons), I gave up and left. Literally the slowest pumps I've ever experienced at a gas station.

Purchased a car wash yesterday Saturday afternoon, then realized the car wash was not working. Instead of receiving a refund, I was told by the attendant that only managers can provide refunds. Thankfully I do not live too far, therefore I came back the next day for a refund. I was told again that the manager is not working today as well, and was informed to come back tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous. Train staff to be able to provide refunds and do not sell a service you cannot provide. All for a $9 car wash.

Empty boxes all over the floor in the isles. No fountain soda cup. Finally the guy gos in the back to get more cups. Ginger ale spraying all over the place. Regular coke comes out when I press the button for coke 0. One mystery sandwich available that had NO NUTRITION LABEL on it. Sandwich tasted horrible and cost 4.50. What is going on at this place?

Every time I go to this station I swear never again, but it is just so convenient to my house. Pros: good store, with Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robins. Convenient location, lots of pumps. Cons: the pumps work around 60% of the time (telling me to go inside to see a cashier), the air pump let air out of my tires, the vacuum was full of coins so just took my money and didn’t work, the car wash doesn’t do a good job, the gas is most expensive in area, always too busy with Amazon trucks, and I’m pretty sure there was a card reader scam on one of the pumps one time.

I moved to the area almost 2 years ago, so for almost 2 years I've been coming here and it's to the point where the workers on all shifts recognizes me. It says open 24 hours but the lock the doors at midnight and don't allow you in to purchase any food or snacks.. They don't unlock the doors again until 5am when Dunkin donuts opens which sucks

Slowest pumps on earth. Literally 10 minutes to fill up here. Air machines don't take credit cards either, which is annoying. Nobody walks around with rolls of quarters in their pockets.

The car wash is garbage, the credit card reader never works. Either the machine is broken or it barely works and doesn't actually clean the car. The spray barely sprays anything on the car. Don't waste your time go elsewhere as this location doesn't do the proper maintenance to maintain the machine in anyway

I have already forwarded the complaint below to Shell corporate; they responded and told me that a regional rep. should reach out to me soon: Hi, I have had multiple issues with the car wash at this site, requiring prior manager involvement. Today, while getting an Ultimate Wash, the carwash stopped mid cycle. I have experienced this before here and went inside to resolve the issue. I spoke to the counter person, an older East African man who could barely speak/understand English, what my issue was. He tried to get me to pay for another wash; I refused and politely asked for the manager. The same manager that was helpful the last time this happened was available and had me circle back around the drive through for another wash. The wash broke again during the middle of the cycle with the manager present; he tried to reset it for another wash and it worked, except the dryer feature failed. He ushered me out, told me the dryer wasn't working and assisted the next customer behind me. My white BMW was left soaking wet and still had some suds on it. I waited inside for him while he was on the phone and asked him for a refund, since I had just witnessed the subsequent customer's wash&dry successfully completed. He mumbled something about no refunds because he had already sent me through more than once, but my car was not fully cleaned/dried. He told me to go back around again and he would wait on me. I was behind another customer when the wash, once again, failed for that customer. The manager who was present at the exit and could see that I was behind that customer, had the customer reverse so that the machine could be reset. I reversed, as well, for that customer; the machine worked, after the reset, and the customer received both the wash and dry that they paid for. When it was my turn, however, the manager left and was no where to be seen. The machine was not reset for me and I couldn't get the service that I paid for. I was very disappointed that he couldn't be bothered to complete my wash and dry. As an airline pilot, my time is valuable and I didn't have time to waste at this station as I had already been there for about 40 minutes dealing with this issue. I have had plenty of issues with this car wash before, but have continued to use it because it is one of the few in this area that are touch-less. I own a BMW 335i and a BMW M2 and have always used this station for a quick wash in between my professionally done washes at Yates Carwash in Alexandria, VA. I will no longer use this terrible place due to my experience today. I have another friend with a BMW that I will mention this to and he will probably not use this station again either. I am also going to place a fraud alert on my BofA credit card, since I didn't get the service that I paid for (I'd prefer to use the card linked to my Shell Rewards, but the card reader often "malfunctions". I will require a response to today's incident from Shell. Regards.
