My husband Joe took his truck here to have the headlight lens cleaned and renewed. He had tried to do it himself using two different products but both were costly and not effective at all. Anthony did such a wonderful job. We should have just come here first and would have saved us a lot of time and money.

I love my car and recently, it needed a lot of Tlc. When I reached out and explained what I wanted done, they addressed all my concerns. Was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. Once I showed up at the shop, I received remarkable customer service. I got my engine bay cleaned, exterior wash and leather treatment done. After being so impressed with the work that was done and talking with them about how to keep the longevity of my exterior paint in great condition. I invested in their full ceramic coat, to completely protect my exterior. Super happy with out come. Hands down, best detailing service ever, will be a lifelong customer. Ladies and Gentlemen. I just picked up my S550 from Carter's Car Detailing and I'm absolutely amazed at the job Anthony did on my car! The transformation was Outstanding! Plus the walk-thru at the end was an example of customer service at it's finest. Listen. If you care about your car just a little bit. Take it to Anthony! Think of it like getting an oil change. You never know when you might want or have to trade it in on for another ride. Clean rides/Good Maintenance = More cash back! Thanks again Anthony! I'll be back Bro..I got a Denali that's dying for some attention :)

I was nervous about what all could be done for my car as I have a toddler who has had some spills in my car, a cat who has peed in my car and I’ve even had a jug of milk burst in my trunk on a drive home one day. Needless to say, my car smelled awful and despite spending numerous hours scrubbing and cleaning it myself, the smell just would not leave completely. BUT, I brought it to carter’s and I am so impressed with the turnout. My car is BEAUTIFUL and smells so amazing! Anthony was beyond encouraging and helpful - he was honest and upfront that he would try his best with my car and didn’t let me down in that. I am so thankful!

Carters Car Care got my pops truck looking right! It has been sitting up for a couple of years and I was the recipient when he passed. Took it to his location in Arlington for the car bath and must say that I’m highly impressed! Check out the before and afters 😳 I see why all these celebrities in the area trust him with their treasures. He was quick and efficient getting a very dirty vehicle looking brand new. Extremely satisfied. I brought my Toyota Tundra in for the Carter special. Living on the road it can be hard to keep up with the mess inside and out. My truck wasn't Extremely dirty on the inside or out but I wanted some TLC put into it. Carter's staff could have taken the first couple of hours and called it good. Instead they went above and beyond and also cleaned the engine bay. Location was easy to find and staff was extremely friendly. I'll surely be returning for the same package when I'm in the area again Thanks carter's car care!

Amazing service! Booked an appointment at 0900 in the morning because I had an appointment to ship my car overseas in the afternoon. On the way to the appointment I got a screw in my tire that I had to get fixed before dropping my car off to be shipped. I explained to the guys that I had an appointment to get my tire fixed at 1:30. They told me it would be tight but they would do their best to get me out to make that appointment. They were able to get me out of there by noon and did an exceptional job on the car, making it look better than it did when I bought it at the dealership! This is my family car and I’ve got 3 young kids, so there was a lot of dirt buildup from under car seats and shoes. They made the vehicle spotless inside and out, would highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional detail on any vehicle. Also, they had a waiting area with a tv connected to multiple streaming services and with a gaming system in the case you have to wait there while they detail your ride.

Got my car detailed here to prep for a military shipment overseas. Conveniently located only 4 miles from the Dallas VPC. The service was very professional and thorough! I got the Giselle package and easily passed inspection at the VPC. Anthony is a real down-to-earth guy, answered my questions leading up to and during the appointment, and was very kind and professional. I’d absolutely recommend going here if you need a thorough detail to pass you at the VPC. Or just to have a car refresh in general… the car looked like the exact condition I bought it in. Will for sure come back here if I ever have to ship my car out from Dallas again. 💯
