I just want to say, this is the BEST (and I cannot stress that enough) service we’ve had in a very long time! Great to work with! Don worked with me and my insurance company seamlessly. The insurance company tried to send salvage and aftermarket parts that did not fit well. Don caught the parts that would not work and worked with the insurance company to make sure my car was fixed and fixed right. We had one minor fix that was needed after we picked it up and G&M was more than happy to have it fixed while I waited. I would HIGHLY recommend using G&M for any collision, body shop and paint needs.

I have no words. Yes I talk to the OWNER. And yes he was cool. I have a Dodge Challenger. My babe. And I was hesitant but from whn I arrived I was treated with RESPECT AND HONESTY. I recently had work done at G&M and I am glad I did. There is no need to ever ask for the manager at G&M; the owner, Don, met me as I was walking towards the front door. I described the situation and showed Don the damaged bumper. He was able give a few insightful solutions contrasting repair versus replacement, then he let me know his recommendation, and why. I am a skeptical person, but Don is very knowledgeable and -- I learned -- trustworthy. Still, I wanted to run the numbers on the different options. Don checked on the prices of factory replacement parts and learned that the bumper for our car was unusually expensive, but there was a deep discount currently offered. This made an impression on me. He didn't have to tell me about the discount on parts, he could have easily pocketed that money. I had made up my mind and we went forward with the replacement. Don ordered the part, and when it arrived he had it painted to match before calling me to let me know that I could come in at my convenience. He only needed half a day to complete the service, so I had no need to pay for a rental. The paint job on the new bumper was beautiful! I drove the car home that afternoon, after thanking Don and taking a few of his cards. I highly recommend this shop. By the way, G&M's was the least expensive of the three estimates I received, and the only one to recommend replacement over repair, which on a rubber bumper is more likely to fail. This doesn't include the four days of a rental car that would be required while the car was being repaired. If you are in need of a collision center, you probably aren't having the greatest day. Do yourself a favor and talk to Don at G&M. You'll be glad you did.

I took my car to G & M Collision Center in Arlington, TX on a Tuesday to have the bumper repaired in two places where I had backed into things and damaged my rear bumper. I was so surprised when they finished the repairs by Friday with a beautiful job at a very reasonable price and I was able to take my car home before the weekend. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone who wanted excellent repair quickly and reasonably. I appreciated their care for me very much.

If I could give Don 10 stars I would. Though I was not happy that my vehicle was in an accident, the work that Don & his employees did was fantastic. They are honest, efficient & very reputable. I would recommend G & M Collision Center to anybody that needs any kind of body work. His pricing was extremely fair compared to other quotes that I received. I was in an accident in Maryland in October of 2022, and then ended up moving to TX before I got my vehicle fixed. I found G&M and Don via google search and decided to trust him to get me repaired and I am absolutely over the moon with how my vehicle turned out. Due to me having out state insurance, there were a few more hoops to jump through, but Don handled every curve ball with professionalism and wonderful courtesy. Hello Everyone! I want to start by thanking Mr. Don and his staff at G&M Collision Center for the most incredible experience we have ever encountered at an auto repair center; by far THE BEST. The work completed on our Camry was exceptional; we had a collision which destroyed our front bumper. See for yourselves, the before and after photos I attached with this review. My husband and I aren’t usually very trusting of people in the auto repair industry (similar to how we feel about dentists), but Mr. Don, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as was his staff. Mr. Don is a man of faith, filled with integrity. He is fair and honest, I was so delighted to have chosen G&M. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
