I don't know what it is about this gas or where it is that it's coming from but it NEVER lasts in my car. Every few months or so I'll stop by since it's the Shell closest to my house but I always get the same results. I guess all Shell stations aren't the same.

Both times I bought gas here, my car had problems starting my car. As soon as I changed stations, the problem stopped. I bought 93 octane.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING, I WOULD! One of the " managers" (Mr. J, Is what they call him) has a nasty attitude towards customers.(hates his job/business).. My family and myself have visited this store for over 20 yrs and seen/met several owners thru out the years.. Customers are NOT treated as human beings, and often hear employees discussing the job, pay, owners, and horriable things that go on inside the store..we have been short changed on a few occasions and told by employees that it was our mistake.(THIEFS)... I would LOVE to speak to the owners about they employees they have working there and how they hate going into this store to be treated like dirt! They WILL NOT BE GETTING MINE OR MY FAMILYS MONEY OR BUSINESS EVER AGAIN! YOU AND YOUR "BUSINESS" SUCK!

I will never patronize this place again, realitively incident free until you complain about a cashier that has a line almost out the door because he inputs his shell card # with almost every transaction and tells you he’s giving you a break for your purchase,although you don’t have a personal card...it gives him gas points. This might seem trivial to you, but it’s rude, pretentious and just down right disrespectful all while blasting gospel music , then have the audacity to have a attitude with you for calling him on it...my next visit he was there price gauging ,all the white all the water,soda, beer has been HOT(broken cooler, out of date products)for almost 45 days. Manager/owner? No help. Good riddance.

I often visit. Yesterday, I was told not to return because i told Cornelia, who blatantly said she doesn't like customer service, that maybe she should leave customer service. She was all upset because an older gentleman asked for his receipt. She said that maybe he should quit drinking. It was 1 beer, and all he wanted was a receipt. Maybe the beer wasnt even for him?? She continued to complain that "Aint nobody gonna talk to her any sort of way todat cause she aint the one". I have been coming to this shell since I was a kid, since its right there next to my neighborhood. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this until Cornelia started working. Most of the employees have known me since I was little. It sucks, but I wont be returning, just like she told me too.

Today I went to use the self drive thru car wash. It was apparently out of order because the door was pulled down. No worries while I'm there I decided to clean out my car interior anyway. Once I discarded my trash tied my hair up (which fell as I was cleaning) the store 'manager came outside to ask if I was in need of assistance. I FIRST thought he was attempting to sell me something until he said his employee watched on camera and noticed I had been parked for quite sometime. At the car wash. Which is out of order. Lol! I then stated if your employee had actually been watching me they would OBVIOUSLY have witnessed me cleaning my car as both door were open as I were doing so. ??? He THEN informs me (why I have no clue as I'm CERTAIN he could tell even before he approached my vehicle that I was leaving) that he'll "give me a few more moments on HIS property ". (I promise that I'm not making this up.) My next plan was to get gas but after Ms Thing was nice/nasty I took it on up the road to the next station. What a joke!
