Terrible. Car wash scam. Car wash doesn't work and will not refund your money. Very rude and sarcastic about it. Time for a class action lawsuit...

Terrible F Customer Service! (0628) I paid for gas 89 that they ran out of. That they never let me know. Then I lost 20 cents off cause 23 cents was all I got cause the pump was Out!!! 🤬

I'm on my way back to this shell gas station that takes up to $175 in CREDIT BECAUSE I TRIED TO GET MY GAS AT THE PUMP. Turns out, they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE GAS!!!!! They know they don't have gas, BUT THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! I'M FURIOUS. They're the worst, I swear!!

What ever you do please look at the Dates on the cakes and food products before you buy it. They are literally 1 and 2 years old and they still try to sell them I'm not sure as to why they haven't gotten fined or something for that because it's ridiculous!

Place sucks and nobody there can speak English. Also swiped my card for a $10 gas purchase and the gas pump was empty. Teller guaranteed an instant refund. Been about 7 hours now and there's a $100 hold on my card until the 28th of may. This place sucks.

How about getting rid of the aggressive panhandler sitting in front of the building ALL day. I really don't expect to be acosted and yelled at while pumping gas in Greenbrier. I get enough of that in Norfolk. Do better.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Car wash is 16 dollars? I should have known, when it asks if you want a car wash but doesn't list the prices anywhere! Very annoying. No window washer fluid or wipers by the gas pumps, trash everywhere, saw a guy in an old Army coat go dig through the dumpster.

use the place once before to get our car clean, reasonable price. Recently went back and car wash was out of service. Use the one done the street and they did a better job.

Today, September 29th 2015, I decided to get the gas and car wash deal. I've been trying to get a car wash for a few days and this shell is right near my house. First the gas pump didn't print out my receipt and I had to go in to the cashier and get the receipt. The cashier was nice and courteous. She gave me the receipt and wash number and I went out to use it. The car wash was broken and I went back in. The cashier said the manager would fix it and she was on her way. I waited for the manager for about 20 minutes because I had some time and really need a good car wash. The cashier kept calling the manager and explaining that I was waiting. When the manager parked the cashier said the manager would be right there and to wait by the car wash. I waited for about 8 minutes before going in. The manager was in feeding her son some lunch and when I came in the cashier was shocked that it still wasn't fixed. The cashier told called the managers name and she was ignored. Then she turned to me and rudely asked what I needed. I told her the situation and she rudely asks if I paid inside or outside. I paid outside but then she sharply told me I paid inside because of the reciept. Then she went back to her kid and again asked me what I wanted. At that point I told her that I wanted a refunded and she again rudely told the cashier to refund it but take off any discount the car wash gave to gas and walked away gave me a dirty look without apologizing. I walked back to the car wash to grab my car and as soon as I started to leave she gave one of the look what I'm doing gestures and resets the car wash.

Even though myself and my fellow co-workers go there to buy lunch 6 days a week, the owner gets upset because we use the bathroom to change. Not once did we take away from any customer from using it. The cashier was/is very friendly and hospitable but not enough to make up for the owners attitude.

Very nice man at the register. We came in with 3 separate gift cards for $10 attempting to buy gas. Did not realize it would have to be 3 different purchases. He very helpfully rang it up as 3 separate purchases while we pumped the gas. Great service.
