Gas price are higher here compare to near by gas station. Come here if you need a car wash and gas. Price difference without car wash is 30 cent higher.

Nice station. Use to be awarded by Shell I. 2010 different owners. Automated car wash and expensive gas due to it being next to the freeway.

I was disappointed I was looking for a 24 hr car wash and Maps brought me over here only to find out that the car wash closed at 9 PM and it's only the store that's open 24 hours. Very misleading and a waste of my time.

Called at 8:30pm to ask what time car wash closes, clerks says 9pm. Drive 10 miles and got there at 8:48pm, was told it’s close. What kind of BS is that!

I am a regular at this shell just because of the convinient location, I just bought an e-cigarete here and I opened in and it wasnt working,I went back to the store and see if I can get a replacement, the cashier guy say there are no replacement, I told him I just bought it there not even 20 min agos and he contacted his manager and she said the same thing no refubd , I told the cashier to let me talked to her manager and she declined to talk to me, It sucks that they just los a regular customer just because something so simple.

Put $42 of gas in my vehicle and my credit card was charged $142. Entire transaction was done at pump so their system upcharged. Check your charges! I have a suspicion this is not an isolated event.

Payed 9 dollars for car wash and was charged twice. There credit machines need to be looked at for possible fraud or hackers. My bank refunded me the money. If you must go here only use cash.

Cashiers didn’t even acknowledge me 3 people socializing. As I just stood there waiting to pay. They never said hello, thank you, or goodbye. Just super rude.

Car wash is auto and you cannot hear the video, nothing but a crackling sound. Car wash is OK, vacuum area is good but right outside of car wash exit...so it is LOUD. Price is OK, but not great

Don't let your carwash expire. They don't give replacement codes. Carwash wasn't open when I got the code (for the gas discount). Then it rained and it wasn't necessary to wash the car. Go to Coronado Shell where they do give replacement codes. Or go up the street to Chevron.

I regularly come to this shell to buy vapes. They have a large selection/variety and I like to take my time to look so I can try something new. I usually go at night and they guy working is always really kind and patient with me, always says hi and have a good night! Well I guess I made a bad decision going earlier in the day.. the cashier was kind of rude, never said hi, and when I got the register I was looking at all the options like I usually do and she says “are you ready or not?” Well I just quickly got whatever and left, with that being said I will continue to go at night when she is not there! Horrible customer service from her!

Horrible service all the time. We bought the car wash membership and every other month something is wrong with it. No vacuums working or too much soap or the rinse not working or the blowers not working or it is completed close d’cause is not working at all. When you ask when the problem will be solved they never have an answer for you. They are rude, they have no idea about the term “good customer service”

Rude people who were working there that don't even know how to give good customer service. When I was asking a question about the car wash I saw 4 people just socializing at the cashier not even acknowledging me when I was asking about car washing my car. It was closed but when I was asking a simple question if there are other nearest car wash locations close by they didn't even know anything. One of them was just staring at me acting like don't know what a car wash is. That person said to me "I don't even know I don't car wash my car." When I left saying thank you there all just laughing and still socializing. There not even saying anything back. I felt like I was disrespected being a customer over there because you have 4 people who are working there that don't even have a clue on the question I was asking since they were just talking talking not even helping me as a customer. They were all clueless. All 4 of them was just acting like they don't want to work there at Shell. So for car wash service I give it a thumbs down lol! You don't treat a customer like that when you have 4 people working at the cashier just socializing and laughing. Your not even acknowledging your customer? Like really lol?! I wouldn't want to go back there for a car wash.

I was really disappointed when I went in to use the Bitcoin machine my bills were not being accepted by the machine so I asked the cashier if I could get change for the bills I had and she didn’t understand English I returned to the bitcoin machine and tried again to no avail and I asked the other cashier for change and I explained what problem I was having and she didn’t understand English change the bills for me and I asked her again if she had any that were in better shape and she would not look to see if she did she just shook her head and said no I don’t and turned her head away to ignore me. I felt this was rude and honestly. This is America. The least that could be is if working here you should speak both languages , some English at least to understand what anyone who is a Native American. I’m not prejudice but it’s really annoying. I have sons who are half Mexican so understand I’m not saying anything more than this. In America you’re given the chance to work it would be fair if you spoke some English too

Did not give me gas but took the money from my credit card! It was my first time to go to this Shell gas station in Terra Nova, Chula Vista. I usually go to Costco, but then, Costco's gas station is under repair. I paid $10 dollars in the cashier of Shell station. Then went to pump gas in my car. I did not hear a sound of splashing liquid but the metered machine was working. The numbers are running until it stopped to $10. I left and went to Walmart which is less than 2 miles away, but still the meter in my car did not go up. It actually reduced. Then, I went home the meter went to 54 miles, down from 58 miles when I left. I tried to call the station through google, but it says "wrong number". After a few days, I went there personally and talked to people in the cashier and they said , if it didn't pump it would not charge the credit card. I went home, checked my bank statement and it did charge so I went back there and showed it. The lady said I'll tell the manager. She took my number but they never called me. I said I want to e-mail the manager but they did not give me an email address. (Note: my car is only 1 year old and no issues. It's 2019 Nissan Kicks). I haven't experienced this in Costco.

Just went to this gas station at around 2am in the morning. How convenient of every pump to either go out of order or to undergo an update right when I pulled up to the pump. Every pump was working like it usually does before I pulled up- i checked. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you make a profit running a business like this? I'm almost out of gas, but I guess some people don't want to work. Do not go to this gas station, they actively refuse to give you gas. They deserve no stars, but I'm forced to give them 1.

Shell keeps selling carwash even when closed for repairs. Asked for a refund from managers Agustin and Jackie, they denied the refund because it’s not their fault a pipe bursted. Stay away from this carwash and gas station.
