This is the worst car wash in all of north county san diego - they consistently push you to upsell into upgrades wash/detail and all are terrible - absolutely terrible - and I've tried, because of the convenient location, several times - my bad, however, WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Took my car through the wash.. system peeled off the trim on my lexus... talked to the attendant.. "not our problem.. trim was loose before you came to wash the car".. I asked him how did he know the trim was loose... "it's our policy".. Requested Managements contact info.. Insurance info.. "sorry we can help you".. again .."not our problem"..... $350.00 to repair my car.. Sooner or later.. this too will be your story.. better off paying the price for hand wash and saving yourself the risk of repairs..

Disappointed that my favorite car wash does not honor their discount on gas if you they talk you into a discounted service. Then they embarrass you by making you stand there waiting to confirm that what you were offered didn't include a discount on your gas.

Sounds like this place needs a 2nd account of the wash alone. Until that day comes I'll split my review into 2 parts. From the freeway it looks like an awesome gas station. An oasis, a sight for sore eyes for the weary traveler. I don't know if they are trying to make it harder to pull in here with the sort of long way around entrance the entire lot needs repaving so either someone or the city needs to pony up on that. They just recently put in a slew of new interior cleaning systems, aka vaccums and trash cans. They've always plenty of unobstructed space, but it's also always needed a new paint job, like everywhere. Price is ok, service is generally bad from the convenience store. I would not trust the ice cream. I saw a few bars just chilling on top of the machine, not inside them, someone is gonna put those back, someone is gonna buy then and get sick and sue them. Forgettable. Thought just as hard to get into the Chevron and others nearby are the better options. Car wash. I drive an 07 with almost 200K on it so I'm mainly washing grit and grime off it, not soot and dust like so many locals. Frankly I don't care about the paint at all, so yeah I used them despite the negativity. I've not had scratches and it's not a value so for sure got somewhere else. There is a Chevron west, north and a better shell east. If you must get your car washed instead of using this option, you need to re-prioritize your life.

Good drive-thru car wash with loads of free vacuums and a good mini-mart. Parking is harder since the whole foods was converted Edit: they now provide a vacuum token, no more free unlimited vacuums.

This place has a quick service car wash that tapes your windshield wipers and gives your car a slight scrub before you go thru the machine. Easy for times you just need a clean car without waiting 20 min.

This place runs a decent car wash. On the trip to work you can get gas, wash and vacuum your vehicle in a short amount of time without any wait. The vacuums are free. Air and water for your car is also free.

I go here because it ends up being a cheap car wash with the gas fill up discount and its near my home. They do marginal job at best cleaning my truck but it equates itself to the price. Today they stole money out of my car so be aware that if you take your car here for a cleaning, take any valuables out.

The drive through car wash has attendants on site who make sure your vehicle is ok going through and pre-wash the windows for a better clean. They are always diligent and polite. This is the one I go to most often. You get a break in the per gallon gas price if you buy the car wash at the pump.

This auto car wash was shockingly effective! These auto washes never get my car fully clean but this car wash has two staff to spray and scrub the back panel of your car before going in which helps a lot. They have great attention to detail. The machine wash itself is also very effective and has a blanket drying part at the end so you don't get water spots. I didnt use the vacuums, but they give you a vacuum token to use at the end, which I'm assuming is on a timer. Overall this was probably the best $10 I have spent in a while! If I lived locally, I would try the membership.

The staff at the gas station are helpful and friendly, gas prices are ok for the area, there are lots of gas pumps available to accommodate many cars. Shell courtesy provides a squeegee and cleaning liquid soap to clean the windshield. The cars wash is great, prices are reasonable, the attendants brush the front and back of your car then is washed and they give you an quarter for the vacuum cleaner with enough time to vacuum your car. No shade by the vacuums and the bathrooms sometimes are not working.
