Don’t waste your money on car wash here, it is water only I went in to get refund they said wash is only water you have to pay for the most expensive wash to get soap. This place is a joke told to call owner about refund they can’t give it. Buyer beware!!! This station gives shell a bad reputation.

This person that works there is rude. I asked if they sold something. He said he don’t know.. I have to come into the store and see. I said you work there can you just check. I have to spend money on Uber to come and don’t want to waste money. He clicks and hangs up before I get my last words out. Never will receive my business and make sure others don’t go here

Great gas station & Convenience store with excellent service. The convenience store has recently been changed into 7Eleven & Now is Open 24hrs which is Great! However, this location is getting a lot of traffic due to its' prime location by the intersection of Bruce B Downs Blvd & FL"56" in Wesley Chapel/"Wiregrass Ranch" area... (Located On North-Bound Side of Bruce b Downs Blvd. - Before & Opposite FL"56" of Shops of Wiregrass). Hopefully the new 7/ELEVEN ownership will also update a bit the store A Lot too 🤞... The SHELL Gas Station side was recently cleaned up, so maybe now they'll do the store.

Very frustrating!!!! UGH!! Unfortunately there is a BIG language barrier Understanding and reading english It started with the guy in front of me The guy in front of me Could not make the guy behind the desk understand that 2/4 does not come out to 2.60 🙄 As for me I was already in the car wash Line when I went to look for the code and the receipt was blank! I HAD TO BACK OUT! So then into the store OMG!! I had to explain to 2 different people about 5 or 6 times I didn’t look at the price because I was filling up And thought I had a receipt UGH I will be HARDPRESSED TO GO HERE AGAIN!!

The gas quality is far from what it used to be. 2 days after filling up a full tank and I am already on empty. I used to only fill up two times per week! Now every two days!!!? Nothing has changed with my driving. It has to be the gas.

I'm rating this particular Shell gas station relative to other Shell stations and other branded stations in the area. Ownership has recently changed during the summer-fall months of 2017 bringing some improvements. The station has always been well maintained and has undergone numerous capital improvements in recent years. The best change has been an improvement in fuel prices with the new ownership. They are now competitive with Wawa. They also cary non-ethanol gas which is convenient. I haven't used the car wash and I will review the convenience store under the 7-Eleven heading.

Here you get good gas but nothing else. Customer service is the worst since owners change. Always slow because there is a lot of turn over between employees. No one gets good trainning, and most of the time short in staff. One cashier open in peak hours. Do not expect to come here and fill up quick to continue your day. Always takes me over 10 min to fill up because of how slow and untrained the staff is. If there was another Shell I would pay whatever to go to that one.

Customer service was horrible. Cashier knew there was someone skipped me from the other line that nobody else was standing in and did nothing about it. But before that was willing to service the people in FRONT of me in the SAME line.

Random pumps always down. Car wash stops working halfway through a wash and leaves soap to dry on your vehicle. Owner says best car wash around. No thanks. I’ll buy gas and a wash elsewhere

I washed my brand new car there and the car washer's dryer was not working on one side... My car was left wet on the drivers side. I asked for a refund and I was told that my cat looked clean. No refund. He said that he guarantees a wash but not the drying process... It's not about the $7... It is about being honest and standing by your product. The GM is dishonest... Don't do business here.

Been going to this Shell gas station for over twenty years. The service experience has gotten worse and worse over last five years or so. Three out of five times the pump doesn't print a receipt when requested to. Place looks dirty ....There is green stuff (moss or algae?) on pavement on right side of entrance door. Last time tap at sink was not working so couldn't wash hands. Tried going into rest room to wash hands but it was closed. On one occasion I asked attendant if their ethanol free gas at the blue pump was 'Tier one' gas...... he had no clue and made no effort to find out. Ps......can bet Shell will copy and paste same response to this review as they give to everyone else 🤣

With 68.3 miles since last fill wanted to top off with v-power. Pump was running slow I stopped at 5.918 gallons. They would not listen to my concern that the pump was not reading the amount correctly. ( I usually average between 19 - 22 mpg)

Can't rate zero can I? I've been using the gas pumps and car wash for one and a half years now. Today the car wash shut off after the 1st of 4 or 5 back and forth cycles of the "robot". No dryers running, nothing. Power blip maybe? Went in to either get a reset and rerun for me or my money back. Nope, not provided by management and refused. A regular customer no more.

Customer service and people that work there are fantastic and very nice, pumps are dirty and the damn car wash dryers never work. So until the owner fixes them (they haven't worked right for 2-3 years) I suggest everyone use it, then go in ask for a refund because your paying for a dryer service your not getting. If enough people use it, then get refund (free car wash), and it starts to cost them money, then maybe they will fix the darn thing for good. Thanks for the free car washes =)

If I could give this station a ZERO that would be kind. Pumps are routinely down, other times the pumps are so slow to dispense gas it is beyond ridiculous. My car typically averages 28-32mpg, but after filling up here a few times I’ve noticed my mpg’s down around 20-23mpg, low quality gas perhaps ? Not to mention the rude service inside. NEVER AGAIN !! My advice STAY AWAY from this station
