These guys did the absolute best possible job to my 2020 F-350 dually, I am very particular of where I take my vehicle and due to the unmatched technical knowledge and experience they have with these types of trucks it was a terrific experience start to finish. They got me the best price on a set of fuel wheels and Toyo tires, checked prices with every wheel shop from Wesley chapel to Bradenton and nobody could beat their price or quality of service. I drive a lifted 4x4 and had extensive maintenance performed on the front solid axel to include steering knuckle rebuild. This level of maintenance required I get a full realignment to include the TOE, an alignment measurement my usual alignment store couldn’t perform. That level of alignment, performed by Off Road OutFitters made all the difference. My truck is now happy on the highway as well as the trails!

Terrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. I dropped my truck off at 9am with an appointment to get tires installed, and they didn’t finish until after 4pm. When I called at 1pm to check in, they hadn’t even started yet and just told me I was “next.” Staff were rude in person and on the phone. I was told tire balancing was included in the price, but on my way home, it was clear the wheels weren’t balanced. I essentially overpaid for tires and got poor service and misinformation in return. Don’t recommend.

I had them install 4 tires on my truck. It was shaking real bad and I was getting tire wear. I asked them to mount and balance them and also get an alignment. The gentleman I talked to listened to my problems and actually talked me out of getting an alignment and said my issues were probably just bad balance and bad tires. He was 100% correct. It drives amazing now. He could have easily taken my money for something I didnt need, but was very honest and did not. I will be a customer of theirs for life. Thanks yall.
