Brought my car to Weavers yesterday, because I thought they were a trustworthy company. Got new tires, an oil change, and new brakes, and when I went to pick up my car from their lot, it was dead. Eugene jumped my car and said They must’ve left the doors open and lights on while they were working on it but if I drove around for a while, the battery would recharge so I trusted him. Lo and behold, I’m trying to leave for work this morning and my car won’t start so I call them for advise on what to do, thinking that if they messed something up or drained my battery, they would fix it. They tell me if I could get it over there they’ll let me know the price when I get in. I was genuinely in disbelief so I told him this was a relatively newer battery (maybe a few months old) and I haven’t had any trouble at all prior to bringing it to their shop. He tells me to see if it’s still under warranty where I got it and if I do that and bring in a new battery “he’ll even have it installed for me” and went on to say that I must have a faulty battery because they didn’t do anything wrong. Thank to Weavers for literally nothing. They had no remorse, tried denying all fault despite telling me it was their fault yesterday and jumping my car on site, and overcharging a person who trusted them. They also broke a piece off of my gearshift while it was in their care and didn’t do the honest thing and tell me, so I shouldn’t be surprised that they’d do this too. I didn’t know what sharks they are, but I would rather pay an entirely new company than ever let them touch my car again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t know where to start. Excellent service, experts… and nothing beats a family owned, established business. I have a special needs built Tacoma. passing thru Brandon on a road trip from NC and had an alignment emergency. Nobody else would touch it outside of factory spec. These guys nailed it. Last week was my most recent encounter with Weaver's, maybe my 5th or 6th total in the past few years for tires, brakes, and suspension work. They have always been friendly and accommodating, with service on the same or next day. I've often been in their lobby long enough to witness great customer care to everyone else they service. I believe they take much pride in their work and they are a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this shop for all auto services they offer.

Went in to get my front end alignment. Very friendly from the start cut.me a good rate from the major price.did me right right from the beginning just talking on the phone went. in and they looked at the truck see if they they can do it.said bring it in the morning I did well afternoon takes me a little while to get going being disabled. Got me pretty in quick took care of everything even did a little extra for me. neither tire switch they were the same size before they did it they switched that for me. Did everything I needed I think they went the extra mile. Made sure everything under there was safe. from the front end job that was done before that. When I left there everybody was calling me by my name not just sir. Made you feel like part of the boys. We discuss fishing and all kinds of stuff like that barbecue. Just if we are sitting out in the country at the local garage. Very cool people. Down to earth. Greed has not settled into these people.

If I could leave 0 stars I would went in for an alignment and an oil change and came out with a bad alignment job my front and back tire rod completely came apart while driving has to be towed to weavers where they took no accountability for their mistake nor apologized for what could have happened to my and my children if this has happened on the highway tried to blame me for it and make me feel like I was wrong went to Firestone immediately after where they confirmed it was a bad alignment job on there and and they were liable for your safety and the safety of your family I would not allow them to work on your cars.

GOD'S TIMING IS ALWAYS PERFECT! About a month ago on my way to church I got a flat tire in front of Weaver's Tire & Automotive. As fate would have it, it was Sunday and they were closed. As I contemplated on what to do, the "clean team" pulled into the shop. I explained what happened & that I would have AAA come tow the car away. Without explanation, the "clean team" told me that I was in luck, they had a tire that would fit my car! The "clean team" was actually the owners of the business and 2 of the kindest people you'll ever meet! I get it, no one wants to work on their "off day", but they went ABOVE & BEYOND what most shops would have done in the same situation.
