After my card was declined at the pump for no reason I went inside and I paid with the same card the lady who took care of me her name was Mary so I went outside to pump my gas my car takes premium only automatically is a pop went to 87 so I walked back inside explain myself to the lady and she tells me I don’t know what I’m doing I told her just give me a refund do you guys have bad service to tell somebody that they don’t know what kind of gas they have to take in their car and why their pump is not working correctly at least you could’ve blamed it on the cold that would’ve been more understandable but the fact that she had no good excuse makes no sense also Mary is past 70 years old and can barely hear me I wouldn’t trust this lady running my register in reality they need much younger people who are much faster to deal with customers

The cashier refused to let me buy something else with cash, made me get in line again and waste my time after I was already at the counter. They said something about not being able to figure it out on the register.

There are always issues with the pumps there. Went there today and none of them were working at all. Left no signs saying that they weren’t working. Hate going to this place.

Inside has been under remodel for weeks now. For some reason the pumps aren't in service. When pumps were in service they were spotty at best. Not a reliable place to get gas.

The last few times I have been there the credit card reader at the pump didn't work. Last time when I went in there were 3 employees standing around talking and no other customers. I put my CC down on the counter and told the cashier how much I wanted. I asked her why the CC reader always seems to be down and she was very rude. I took my card back went to Murphy's station and their readers were working.

When they remodeled this shells location they should have remodeled the staff as well I walk in there and no one is at the register and I’m standing there waiting on someone and I can hear the employees in the back laughing and talking but no one is coming to the front. That’s poor service and they obviously do not care so you are better off going down the street to MURPHYS EXPRESS or down the street to GAS N WASH or SPEEDWAY.

Oftentimes the pumps don't work properly. They shut off while filling as if you're already filled up. Then every gallon or so pump shuts off and you need to engage the trigger. Very frustrating. Good thing other station is down the street.

This station is a dump. Whenever there is an issue, they "can't do anything". Mobile pay never works at the pumps, unlike all the other nearby stations. They can't even keep the air machine for the tires running correctly (maxes at 32 psi). Everyone seems to be fully dedicated to doing nothing except being as unhelpful as possible. Trust me, go to the other station down the street near 355. It's immaculate, and they're all much more helpful.

Used to love this place. Maybe new management because none of the girls I grew to love aren't here anymore. Can't do any lottery without filling a sheet. It was 1 pick 4 number and its a no. I'm not wasting paper for the laziness. Closed at 515 in the morning on a Saturday??

First of all the store smells Terrible like sewage. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in awhile and was sticky. Like the place was empty and Your open 24 hours how hard is it to mop 2-3 times a day so people aren’t sticking to the ground. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issue with a clerk. A few weeks ago I came in late and I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to come help me. But Ive been coming here for over 10 years and have never dealt with such a bad clerk who didn’t understand his job today. Hes seen me minimum 30 times in the past 2 months and can’t remember who I am. Only someone stoned wouldn’t recognize me. Wouldn’t surprise me with how he looked. But anyway he denies my id because I have a hole punched in the corner because I keep it dangling from a clip on my keys witch I literally called the police station and asked and is completely legal. But he Didn’t even bother to look my id he just said I can’t because the hole when it was a brand new and completely valid and would have scanned no problem. I got it a few weeks ago in the mail but he was so concerned about doing something else and saying no to me he didn’t even look at it. My family has 3 cars we fill up weekly and I buy 10+ packs of cigarettes a week. We’ll be going to speedway just down the road from now on.

Pumps always seem to have issues, for a number of years now. They stop after 1/2 gallon and then stop every 1/4 gallon. I’ve said something to staff there numerous times and they just defect as it’s not their responsibility. Not a big deal there are other gas stations to use…that actually work consistently.

I literally just had one of the nicest things happen to me....I went to pay for my gas and 3 monsters and the $50 bill I had got rejected by the safe , I didn't have any other money or available credit card space ( 2 days to payday ) I stood there for a minute... Confused... Contemplating my next move, politely told the clerk I'd have to cancel the transaction. I started to walk out and heard the other gentleman employee say something but I didn't catch what he said....I walked back to my car and as I was getting in... The other employee who had said something as I was walking out ( I really wished I had gotten his name ) walks up to me with 3 monsters in his hands , he said " it's good , here you go ... I took care of it and the fuel... Go ahead and fill up " I understand it was only $17.56 but he certainly didn't have to do that, he also couldn't have known how unbelievably tight my finances are right now , he also will probably never know how unbelievably grateful I am and how much his kindness and generosity moved me. I honestly got a little choked up , he is a phenomenal human being and a next level employee. He also turned a major negative into a positive for me and moved me to my soul. I wanted to take this opportunity to say Thank you ( again ) and let everyone I can know that this just became my preferred gas station, and I will be looking into contacting corporate to let them know that they have got one unbelievably gracious, generous, kind hearted ,and thoughtful human being for an employee and if he isn't a manager there.... He should be

I go there for gas a cigarettes a lot but the customer service needs a lot of help and training. The day shift manager has a poor attitude majority of the time. I have seen her yell at customers even walk out on customers. The old staff at least made it pleasant to go there and remember what you wanted all the time. . Seems to be upper management are not taking care of their employees because they are very angry with their job. Maybe the work needs to start at the top and trickle down to employees with great happy customer service. Thankfully they stopped locking the store all the time finally.

Dont waste your time going to locationas they call the police on someone that wasnt an aggesor and say they dont have cameras in the area when cops get thier if this was me or my family i woulda gave them the video if i could give 0 i would it is wrong that u have come to this lockport

I hate this Gas station every time I go in there the girl (IVY) says no to everything, no change, no lottery, no card, she doesn’t want to do her job, she’s always on the phone and really rude, I just heard her tell the customer in front of me she’s only taking card beca She doesn’t want to count her drawer again because she’s about to leave. That’s not good for business at all, she honestly needs to go. I never see a manager and all the good people they had working there are gone, there’s only one older lady I see sometimes working that is actually doing her job and friendly.

Don't waste your time or money. Rudest employees (especially IVY) are unprofessional, disorganized, and yells at customers. Pumps are always down. Items aren't in correct places. I live close and do go there every 6 months or so, hoping it will get better. It doesn't. I won't be going back ever. Worst experience in the area. All the reviews and she is still there with all the same problems. This company doesn't care what we report to their website. I'm making a statement with money and going to Murphy's a block away.
