I was in desperate need of new brakes and the dealership wanted $400. I went to Freedom and spoke to Dave, who quoted me a MUCH lower fee to replace my brakes AND change my oil. This was 2 years ago and my only regret was not writing this review sooner. I completely trust these gentlemen with my car and always get my oil changes and other maintenance done here. Nice waiting lounge but I'm never there long enough to really enjoy it!

Honest guy , straight shooter . I brought my car for alignment and check engine lights . He only changed me for alignment but he fixed everything . Unbelievable guy FIVE stars . Yes I only paid for alignment , he didn’t charge me for computer diagnostics and resetting all electrical issues . Car is running perfect no issues . I highly recommend this shop .

Been going to Freedom Auto for about 10 years for oil changes, break pads and simple work. Best part about this place is the customer service. Every single time I call, I speak with someone on phone and never get an automated message menu. I usually call and ask if I can stop by in 15 minutes for an oil change and 9/10 times they say come on in. No waiting around like similar auto shops. Check them out and give local business support.

If you want a bandaid on the problem, this might not be the place for you. If you want your vehicle repaired by guys that have a passion of working on cars and trucks, this is the place you need to visit. The guys at Freedom Automotive will go above and beyond to get your vehicle back on the road at a fair price. Stop in and ask for Glenn, he'll treat you like a human being unlike other shops that look at you like $$, and that is why I won't go anywhere else.

Dropped off my service truck for rear brakes after being told no by commercial shops cause the trucks" to small" for them to work on and no by smaller shops cause there lifts won't fit the dually. I have used Freedom Automotive for many years and they are always outstanding. They always provide an estimate after looking at vehicle and prior to performing work so there are never any surprises. These guys are also extremely honest which is so refreshing when it comes to auto repair shops. On numerous occasions they have repaired a tire or replaced bulbs at no charge! Their prices are always extremely fair and their work is outstanding. They have a loyal customer in me for as long as I live in the area. Jose the manager and the service tech is a life saver!!! I took my Honda Odyssey to the Honda Joliet and they quoted me $2,500 for a broken sliding door motor and latch, I was recommend by my father in Law to take it for a second opinion to Freedom Automotive. Joe and the tec took 5 minutes to figure out it was only a door code and used the button to close the door. I will admit I teared up in joy and hugged them both as they saved me from very expensive unnecessary repairs

My daughter had a problem with a sliding door on her Odessey and the Honda dealer in Joliet wanted nearly $2500 to fix it, replacing the motor and latch etc. I suggested she go to Freedom as I trust their work. They found a simple problem with the door, fixed it in minutes and didn't even charge my family for the work! You have to appreciate honesty like that! Thank you Freedom Automotive!
