My daughter took her car through the car wash and it is now scratched all her car…it’s bad. Contacted them regarding what happened and they gave me a customer service number, call and was told they are not liable. DO NOT Use The Car Wash!!!!

They offer general services like any other gas station. Have special on car wash Monday and Tuesday. You can get air and water for car. Have a convenience store.

Shame Business which I will report to BBB and Customers Affairs ASAP. The phone number provided on a front window does not have a voice message option and nobody picking it up. Was there for at least 20 minutes of my value times because sign was saying that the will be open back in 10 minutes which of course wasn't true.Lying to the customers is not the best way to do you business. If you value your time you should avoid this place.

I use my fuel rewards and in middle of fueling pump stopped working and when I asked from cashier about why my reward wasn’t applied he just made some excuse and refused to help me. He just wasted my reward without it being applied and was not helpful at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place due to their poor customer service.

Not that bad of a place, actually; but the car wash service is hit or miss with often very long lines. I seem to have more issues at this car wash than others (not that the others are all that great either, though). I have found their car wash not working or under construction in several occasions. A few mishaps occurred as well: it is a good and wise policy to keep receipts of everything. The time to dry the car is too short, but inl line with other similar facilities, sadly. Using the vacuum cleaning jumped from $1.00 to $1.50 for 5 minutes. But the main issues is that the machine only takes quarters. I would rate it higher, but really the car wash thing pisses me off. Personnel not always helpful either if there is an issue with the car wash itself. Use the station only when I must: gas prices are overall decent, but pretty similar to nearby competitors (except Chevron which are always among the highest). Often I am able to save 15-20c/gallon by driving towards Moorpark. Even more by filling the tank in Camarillo when I am in that area. Selection of items in the shop is fairly limited, but place is clean. Never used the bathroom here, so cannot say.

People have been getting their credit card information stolen after using this gas station. Please don't use this gas station, and ALWAYS tug on any card reader if you're going to pay with card just about anywhere. Not just ATMs, and gas stations. Most fraudulent card readers will come off with a simple tug revealing the real one underneath. Or just pay with cash. Be careful out there.

Asked store associate if I could connect to management. She hungup. I asked to get managements number or even a name. She hungup. I've worked in customer service my whole life, and when a customer wants to speak with a manager there is no need to try to deter them. Asking why makes sense, but telling me you don't feel comfortable giving that out without at least asking as to why does both a disservice to the customer and management.

I stopped for coffee and to use the restroom. The restroom was clean. The store is small and seems cramped but they offer a lot. The coffee hit the spot, but what stands out is their custom service. Kristen is kind and very helpful. Thank you.

This Shell gas station is generally clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. The pumps and parking area are usually tidy, and the inside of the store looks organized. It’s not perfect — sometimes it gets a bit busy and the wait can be longer — but overall, it’s a solid place to stop for gas or a quick snack. Cleanliness definitely makes it stand out compared to a lot of other stations.
