at a time when profit margin can be more important than caring about customers, what a pleasure to have North Ranch Body service available. I had previously taken two cars to them with AAA's recommendation. the work on both cars was excellent, especially the silver paint work on a 2002 Eurovan. i'm picky... the reason i'm writing this review is more about the positive attitude and quality of work they recently did for me on a small job of two hood vents for a new mustang. many shops would rather not get involved but Matt said...bring them in, quoted me a price and time frame and I couldn't be happier. quality!!! more important than the work sometimes is how you feel with the people...thanks North Ranch dw

I was a little taken a back when I got an estimate to fix my car and the mechanic told me that if it was going to be covered on insurance, they would really "nail them" for everything that could be done. It really struck me the wrong way. Attitudes like that are part of why insurance is so expensive! I can't comment on their work as I took my car elsewhere (a different place fixed it up perfectly for less than half the price they would have charged).

Stopped by today after pulling my front bumper off on a cement parking barrier... they shoved it back on for free, explained the damage and the cost to fully fix, and offered to work with my insurance company. Exceedingly friendly and super fast. I will absolutely be taking my car back there once I save up my deductible 😅

Fortunately for me, I was referred to North Ranch after my accident. Tommy and his team brought my Porsche 993 back to life after I was sideswiped on the freeway. I liked their work so much, I had them restore the entire car. Honest and great work without the attitude! Now my new paint is as smooth as a newborn skin. I cannot thank this team enough.

Staff is amazing!! Had my truck in and family and friends Mercedes SUV's in for minor to major damage. They are honest and look out for the customer before even trying to make a cent on repairs. Even before they start work on your car they treat you like family and discuss any pros or cons regarding your vehicle. And when you get your car back... looks like new. I recommend them to complete strangers and family when someone is in an accident. My sons car is in there as we speak. A++ raiting

I’m about to give my 2004 Honda Accord to my 20-year old niece, so I brought my car to the local Honda dealership, which gave it the all-clear after conducting a 200,000-mile service. When I asked what Honda could do about possible minor damage to the right side of the front bumper, which had become slightly detached after I had pulled away from a concrete parking block, the service rep pointed me in the direction of Barbara at North Ranch Body Craft in Thousand Oaks. I looked up the company in YELP, and was extremely impressed with the reviews, so I called Barbara. She politely said that if I were to bring in my car before 11am the following day, she would be able to give it a visual inspection. The next day, I brought my car to North Ranch Body Craft. After the inspection, Barbara informed me that the only damage to the bumper was that one of several attachments that affixed the bumper to the car had been torn apart. She said all that had to be done was to screw 2 pieces of the assembly together. She said that she could have one of her crew do the work and that the car would be ready in 5 minutes. Most surprising of all, Barbara said that North Ranch would do the job for free. When I asked what my other option would be, she replied that she could get me a new bumper for $1,200! Guess which option I chose :) I think the world of Barbara and North Ranch Body Craft because she was professional, she was honest, and she treated both me and her crew with the utmost of respect. You just HAVE to know that if and when I incur REAL body damage to a vehicle, it will be a no-brainer to bring that vehicle to North Ranch Body Craft!

I didn't plan to wrote the review until I receive the worst service from DHC FORD Thousand Oaks. After that I start realize what a good service North Ranch Body Craft offered me. I took my Expedition to them. They did a perfect job for my car. I am so impressed that they offer the drop off service. I don't have time to pick up my car. They just deliver to my house. Very good service. Highly Recommended.

I came here after trying to deal with insurance for a hit and run that happened one evening. Someone hit the front driver side of my car and left a pretty nasty dent, but the team here was able to fix my dent and I didn’t even need to go through my insurance provider. I highly recommend them and they’re now my new go to for any body work on all my cars. I was impressed on how quick, efficient, and professional they are here. Thanks guys!

Let me say after my parked car was hit by someone and my bumper needed to be replaced I was very unhappy and stressed. After meeting a few body shops where I felt like another number, I actually had one tell me they only worked on Mercedes! Given I had a Honda that wasn't going to work When I met Chris at NC he was super helpful and accommodating so I went with their shop. They had me in an out within 5 days and they were patient with me throughout the process. They also did a stellar job

Recently had my 25 Hyundai Tucson repaired here. Chris and Matt were great to work with. The only delays caused were due to the insurance company wanting to piecemeal the damaged suspension back together and not wanting to start on it until the car was out of paint. Worst body shop came here to get my front bumper and hood painted and they messed it up twice. Yes, I said two times came here two times the first one they did such a bad job that they had to redo it then the second time around was worst than the first time. Now they want me to come back so they can look at it. At this point I’m calling my lawyer and lawsuit for wasting my time. Don’t come here they will just waste your time you will have to find another shop to fix their mistake. Also shame on Rusnak Audi for certifying this shop..
