Guy at the drive though car wash asked me if I could read. Once I explained to him I couldn't read when he's standing in front of the instructions he threw his arms up and waived me off. Soooo 1 star!

One star for this gas station because their Apple Pay doesn’t work and ownership is either too cheap or incompetent to fix such a simple thing. No, I don’t want to “see cashier” which is always what I’m prompted to do when trying to use Apple Pay.

Car wash damaged the paint on my car. Told the owner and he said it was a problem with my car's paint, even though we've used this type of car wash numerous times. I now see that this has happened to other people, obviously a problem with his car wash. Stay away this man has no ethics and does not deserve your business.

Will never come here again. Guy at car wash was super nasty and said, “Can’t you read?” I have a master’s degree in education. And he’s working at a car wash!!! Hmmmm. Also no manager on site and called again the next day. I was told the manager wasn’t available

I paid for my car to be washed and it didnt get washed. When I asked for help, i was dismissed and told the manager wasnt there. How is there management staff there??? Looks like i wasted $8 and my car still isnt clean. Im NEVER pumping gas here or washing my car. I'll make sure my clients dont either.

Newly opened Shell and it definitely has it perks. It finally has a car wash. I haven't gotten the chance to use the car wash, but soon I will. Inside is very huge and I think it needs more snacks and drinks to accomodate such large space. How about a Subway? That would bring in more business for this Shell. The staff have always been very mellow and non-expressive, though. Smile sometime, please!!! Maybe I shall crack a joke next time.

I had an oil change done at this Alliance Auto Service shop in May 2008. A month later, after I drove about 1000 miles, I had the car inspected by another mechanic. The oil level was only half of what it was supposed to be and there was absolutely no leak! This mechanic only added two bottles of oil instead of 4 and I drove 1000 miles with only half of tank of oil! I'm wondering how much damage it did to my car's engine?! Furthermore, they told me that I have a problem with one of my breaks and asked me $256 for a new break. Actually, all the breaks were kind of used, so I got new breaks somewhere else and I only paid $204 for all 4 of them!

Don't use the carwash! My splash guard underneath my car was completely ripped off dragging. They refused to pay for the repairs which will cost between $75-$200. I won't ever use this carwash again.

The gas pump didn't give me my receipt for the car wash, so I had to go inside and ask for it. Risking covid exposure. Inside the crowded store, the guy behind the counter asked me to dance for it. I'm heavily pregnant and I suppose he thought it was funny, since he laughed. I'll never buy anything here again. What is wrong with you?

Awesome friendly customer service! Came in to get a smog check for my Lexus and the technician was very kind and helpful. He even cleaned my battery and engine of dust and debris. The price was cheaper than other places around. I definitely will recommend this place to all my friends who need a smog check. It was a Shell gas station with cheap gas prices as well.

Needed some air in one of my tires and pulled up to this gas station. The air pump was very high tech as it told me the pressure of my tires which was very convenient for me. The clerk even came out to assist, which is rare but I really appreciate the customer service!

The cashier lady is incredibly rude. The first time it happened I figured she was having a bad day and ignored it. The second time it happened I gave her a look aftertwards. This last time I was with friends really set me off though. She was rude to me, then my girlfriend. I stepped in and told her that it wss her first time here and that shes been rude in the past. Im going to refrain from going to this location again but god forbid I have an emergency and need to go to this location

I was discriminated against because I needed to use the restroom. I was a customer at the alpa auto repair shop and I was told that their customers can use the shells restroom. The was a Hispanic lady who said the bathroom was out of service when it turns out that it was clean and in service the whole time. I am sad and disappointed by the way I was treated. I am a black male and I will be filing a small claim

Worst customer Service at Carwash. The guy standing in carwash is not helping clients on top of it he talks really ugly. After complaining. He just turned the water no soap and wax eventhough I paid for full package. They didn't refund my money and my car didn't get clean wash. He doesn't know how to operate with Machine . Poor customer service.

CAR WASH - they have a new car wash that is brushless , but instead it uses high power water , like a pressure washer. It actually blew me off a few chips of paint on my front bumper. It was not factory paint but instead touch-up paint, but still.... Blew it right off.

Paid 15 for car wash as soon as I got in system said you may exit, didn't wash my car ,I went inside told the lady she couldn't speak English at all so she call the manager, manager said they cant do anything about it, even on camera shows car wash didn't work
