So this is my 3rd visit to this gas station, the night employee never has his mask on regardless if he is behind the counter or out on the floor moping or restocking why people are in there. Little regard of their patrons..

Please stay away from this place. Lottery machine took my 5$ dollar bill, reported the issue to the clerk , left all my informations and was told to come back in few days to pick up the money, bc gas station staff dont have the access to the machine. Came back in a few days just to be lied to that the machine count was correct and they dont owe me any money. Liars and thieves....

These guys are the best man, always come in for my smokes and coffee and they always have em on the counter before I'm even up there. Very friendly guys idk why people are saying the things they are cause they dont jump and dance if you say hello? Try working that job 24/7 and being enthusiastic about every single customer. Man some people are ridiculous.

I had the opportunity to fuel up several times with no issues with the pumps or staff, they answered questions and made sure they helped me to be able to find any sort of food or soft drink items and even was able to give me directions!!! I also won $100 on a scratch ticket from their Lottery Dispenser.

The advertised gas price (3.99) is only when including a car wash. Nobody reads the fine print under the advertised price on the pole. The actual price was 4.10. I hate liars! Then, the two Grabn'go sandwiches that we bought were disgusting. One sandwich was half burned and half soaking wet. The other sandwich we could not identify but I wouldn't give it to my dog.

VERY clean gas station.. Good gas at fair price. However, the car wash entrance scared me because of intense scraping sounds on my new car with 19" low profile tire rims.. I had to carefully examine both rims on the driver side because the car wash entrance rail looked narrow, sounded very bad upon entrance and I have stock factory rims/tires that are low profile... No damage detected on external face after the wash, but it sounded horrible compared to 15 other local stations with guided entrance rails... Note: Plastic rim guards on only one rail, the inside rail is bare metal... ... update: Three hours after this experience, I found fresh scrape marks on the inside of the front driver side rim and minor scrapes to underbody rain flaps... This taught me a good lesson to avoid guided rail car wash machines... The best automated car wash have no rails, just high pressure arms that rotate carefully 360' around the whole vehicle... BP has a few in the area, not sure if Shell has one yet... Anyone know of other 360' automated high pressure car wash machines with no rails in the area?

Not even worth a star. went for a gas pump and decided to try their car wash for 1st time last Friday. I chose $3 quick wash and also added $2 extra for the rim, as I just wanted a rinse of the snow. When the car went into the wash, I noticed the system didn’t work properly, only the foam came out, there was no water (seriously 🙄?) My car was pushed out totally messy with a layer of foam covered and it got frozen coz of weather. I went in and explained to a guy (guess he’s the manager), and he gave me a code for another wash. I drove the car into the wash again, same thing happened. A lot of foam came out, but no water 🙄. I went inside again hoping that they could help by turning the water on or something. Instead I was YELLED at by another cashier for only having a $3 carwash and complaining. He didn’t help at all but RUDELY telling me it was what happened for having a car wash at 3 degrees. At that point I just walked away. $5 is not much but I was totally DISAPPOINTED at their customers service. I paid $5 to them to have them yell at me for using their service 🙄🙄🙄. BLESS HIS HEART. I went to different car wash soon after and had the same quick wash, and SUPRISE it was all clean. It was also 3 degrees half an hour later at different car wash. My car came out 100 times better. The fuel was coming out extremely slow, so I went to inform one of the workers, which he did notice. Once my tank was full, the pump continued to pump fuel and started to overflow. I went back in to inform the same worker, and he came out to see that I clearly lost $. It was a puddle of fuel on the ground. He said he was sorry about that and the only thing he can do is to inform the manager again because the manager was already aware of the issue with the pump from another customer. I asked why isn’t there an out of order sign on the pump and he didn’t have an answer. I came back the following day to the same diesel pump with no out of order sign on it, I asked has it been fixed, and was told by the same worker it hasn’t…and that he did inform the manager. The manager wants to get all of the $ he can, not caring about customers losing their $! Please put out of order signs on pumps that are out of order!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH!! If I could give them negative 10000000 stars, I would. I went through their car wash with not a scratch or issue with my Jeep and left with multiple scratches and a broken, ripped out, busted tail light. The car wash was rough and did not feel soft by any means. I asked for the manager, Qumran, who was not available till the next morning. The two employees that were there were rude, unhelpful, and speaking a different language the whole time they looked at my busted tail light. They negligently said “there’s nothing we can do for you.” I filed a police report. I called the next day and Qumran said “nothing I can do. Didn’t you read the sign stating we are not responsible for damage?” For filing a complaint, I got a 25 cents off per gallon at any shell… and if you do the math that is close to nothing. So please do yourself a favor and NOT go to a place who only cares about themselves, are greedy, and speak a different language so you can’t understand them. The damages to my jeep cost me more than $1500.

Even when this is listed on Google maps at the Shell station, it is one of those grove mart is being remodeled and he looks beautiful. They also have a three dollar car wash with the purchase of gas. It’s also one of the very few places around here that has flex fuel. I love this gas station.

Shell has always been my preferred choice for fuel and I have been loyal to the brand for years. I normally would never write a long review about a gas station, but this particular Shell location is on a completely different level. It is without question the number one Shell station I have ever visited. The first thing that stands out is the cleanliness. This place is spotless every single time. The entire property is maintained extremely well, inside and out. The variety of food and snacks they offer is far beyond what you see in a typical gas station. They carry items that are hard to find at other convenience stores and everything is neatly displayed and fully stocked. Inside the station is The Grove Mart and it is absolutely impressive. The layout, the product selection, and the overall atmosphere feel like a high end market, yet the prices remain surprisingly reasonable. They carry almost anything you can imagine, from everyday essentials to premium products you would never expect to find in a gas station. This combination of quality and fair pricing makes this location truly stand out. The overall experience feels luxurious. The interior design is stunning and unique and there is even a large bronze lion statue positioned at the front that immediately sets the tone. Everything about this place feels upscale, almost like the Bellagio of gas stations, yet the fuel prices remain very reasonable and competitive. The products inside are also priced better than most stores in the surrounding area. One employee deserves special recognition. Ankur consistently provides excellent customer service. He is polite, helpful, friendly, and always professional. His presence alone makes every visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Shell station to anyone. This location is not just a place to get gas. It is an experience and it has set a new standard for what a gas station can be.
