Pulled in back behind the bldg to use my phone for a few minutes. Employee walked out there to say I couldn’t park there. No wonder they don’t have much business. They blocked off access to cut thru there to Starbucks. Seems a little childish to me & it’s why I haven’t been back in there since they reopened it & started all this!!

This is the cleanest and most amazing smelling gas station I’ve ever been in! The floors are absolutely beautiful! They have touch screen gas pumps. I’m loving this place!

I asked for a cable to charge an iPhone and he sold me a cable to charge Vaper, then he told me it worked and I couldn't change it. They are sneaky, they treat customers badly and steal your money.

Blocking yourselves off from Starbucks is going to make you lose business. I have filled up multiple times at your pumps only because you are located beside Starbucks. No more! It is too complicated and too dangerous to pull out on Broadway and circle back around to do business with you.You’ve lost a good customer

My friend got gas and I grabbed Starbucks next door. My friend circled around to be nice while I was waiting on the Starbucks. We got yelled at by an older woman working at the gas station because I walked over after my friend had gotten gas at that gas station.

I tried buy gas with my card on machine, but the machine did not work. Ok, so I paid 30💲by cash, I just spent 24💲for gas and look for redound from casher, guess what? He said: there is no no thing on my account 🤗. Great! Absolutely great. I think u guys just find to way to be rich. 🤢

Shell has always been the gas station to go to. You know you're not going to get stale food, you know that is not going to be in the area that's crime ridden. You know that the gas is going to be competitive or at a larger discount than other locations. You know that that name means that you got to get quality service every single time you go. You know that you are okay when you shop, you know that you are all the more quiet or more busy areas of the city. I'm from The Hood and I understand why Shell is not located there. That Revelation disturbance be because I do want the area by City to be fit for a Shell. That place is who try to take advantage of our community. Shell is Legit.

This place has lost my business forever. I haven’t gone here since the put up the trash cans and strings to block off traffic through Starbucks, but today I was threatened by gas station staff that I’ll be towed if I don’t move my car because I couldn’t get into Starbucks. I was told I’m trespassing, but these people should put up signs for trespassing clear and visible In all areas. The place is always empty, so I’m pretty sure they’ve lost a lot of business doing this.

My husband and I just stopped at the Shell station at 930 S. Broadway in Lexington KY, and kindly asked the direction to the restrooms, we were very rudely told that they were not working!! As we drove around the side of the building we were given full inside view of both the men's and woman's restrooms, which neither one said anything at all about being "Out of Order" we were judged, disrespected, and treated in a foul manner, you "Towel Heads" come to America, are given free tax free money to run our American Businesses, then you want to say that we are racist!! I have never been denied the use of a public restroom before, but I guarantee that we will no longer EVER be at this store again, I will call the BBB and take this as far as I can to show how rude and disgusting you people are!! Go back to where you came from please, stop taking our American jobs away from us!!

Came here with my partner to buy him a new vape. Not sure who was working the counter, it was a man in his thirties. We came 9/14/23 @ ~6:00 and the man who was working the counter shorted my partner $10. After going back inside to get our $10 the man was already waiting with it. They take your money. Don’t go here. If we wouldn’t have counted our change before pulling out he would’ve gotten away with it. Who knows how many people he scammed before. Not how a business should be run.

Greed plagues this place and that’s why I will never support them again. I do not want to enable greedy and selfish behavior. Others may support and keep this madness going. But I stopped a while ago. Just wanted to let you all know to go elsewhere because these folks are ridiculous. God bless!

Worst employees ever. Was told to move my car after my purchase because I sat in the parking lot for 10 mins on a call. Several pumps open it was bit busy at all but the female attendant thought it was necessary to come out to my car and tell me to leave the property? Then proceeded to cuss and threaten to call the police? Wth?! Because I sat in your parking lot for 12 mins? Never ever stop at a shell again. Ever. This lady should be fired. Totally unprofessional and the cussing was completely unnecessary. She’ll should be embarrassed to employ such a person

Complete ripoff artist. I let it fill and it automatically stopped like it does when your tank is full so I paid my 36 dollars and it wasn’t even full all the way. I will be recommending this station be investigated for fraud and price gouging

There was heavy traffic going and coming to this Shell Station. This Shell was someone else's choice. It was not Convenient for me. I had to turn around to get to the right entrance from the right lane on South Broadway because I wasn't familiar with this Shell.

The old lady who works inside the store is extremely rude and won’t let you be there even few minutes and she blocks the way out with putting trash bins lined up so that there is just one in and out way causing a lot of traffic, maybe ridiculously jealous of people going right to Starbucks from there. She came out to our car and started cussing out.
