Although advertised as a 24 hour spot ...it was closed for employees lunch so inconvenient as well as misrepresentation.Other than that employees have always been courteous.

The worst. Never open despite having a 24 hour sign on the door. When it is the employees are rude, drunk or high. Worth going out of my way to not give them business.

Worst gas station to come too always on break came around 8:45am door was locked came back at 9:25 and the door still locked this always happens every day mostly all day. They need to fire these employees and get responsible ones !!!!

To often I come here and can't get any service for 10 minutes because shift change or employee on break. And can't get a fuel receipt at the pump if prepaid inside. Today I paid inside, went to get my receipt and door is locked for employee break. I don't like coming to this gas station but its the closest one to my house. Again come to get gas and doors are closed because employee is on break. Can’t prepay inside. They lost my business. Will use the Chevron now.

Young Indian kid doesn't know how to run a register. Asked to do part cash and part ATM. He told me to run my card 1st which of course charged my card the full amount. I know its possible because I've done it a million times before. He has obviously not been trained properly by his boss. And I know credit cost them more so you would think they would want the cash. Frustrating how incompetent people are at there jobs that are so simple.

The lady was very rude. I asked to put in my loop number and she laughed and said press no press no and even though I expressed I wanted to put my number in she bypassed it and laughed in my face. I feel weird writing this review because it’s like whatever but that’s probably why she acts like that. Very ugly customer service skills.

This Shell’s gas station is straight up trash because of that disrespectful, mean-mugging cashier they got working there. I bought a Backwood, didn’t even crack the pack, and instantly saw it was stale. I asked to swap for a fresher one and even pay the difference, but this nasty-attitude lady snapped at me like I was begging for a handout. She was loud, rude, and flat out disrespectful — talking to me like I ain’t a paying customer. Her energy was filthy, her customer service non-existent, and honestly she’s the type of worker that needs to be punished or straight up fired. Nobody should have to deal with that kind of nasty mouth when they spending money. Corporate needs to check this location ASAP before she chases away every single customer.

Card readers didn't work or were slow. I paid for a car wash at the pump and the screen instructed me to get the receipt (with the car wash code) from the clerk. But the shop was closed in the middle of the day! Tried to call the number on the door, no answer and voice mail full. Leaving a review so maybe I can get my money back.

Just had unpleasant experience at this gas station. Total amount was $102 and few cents. Paid $100 in cash and their card processing machine wasn’t accepting those couple dollars from any of my 3 cards I tried to pay with while showing I had money on them to the cashier. His response was all other people before you paid with the card with no problem. They had ATM machine outside the door and I went outside and used same card that was declined 3-4 times and it gave me cash without any issues. Went inside asking how come the ATM had no problems giving me the money and worked just fine and cashier was giving same response all other people paid with the card had no issues. Well if their ATM and other stores I visited today had no issues charging my card you have to consider it’s your card processing machine has issues not my totally different cards I tried to use which are all active and working. I usually never go inside but the only time I entered to pay everything got too complicated and of course all my cards got the blame. Went to the store right after and surprise my card was also working. So get your machine checked and don’t blame my cards please.
