Worst Customer Service my car got stuck by their parking because of their pipeline slope. I had to pay 150 to triple AAA to pull it out because they said it was my fault parking there.

3 pumps out of service, te most expensive arround, one of the pumps didn't work the key pad making 4 out of service. Wen i try to primt my ticket sendme an error.......the worst ever. Car Wash.... better not used.

I love coming to shells for gas it’s clean and the tall guy I believe his name is Ronald is always smiling and have a great attitude I love good customer service and he definitely shows it I’ll definitely be getting my gas from this shells.

Cash paying customer right here.. So I had to inside to pay. Walked up to the store and had a sign to go around. I did and was met with another sign. Temporarily closed.. (Attendant was in the bathroom) Dammmm I have somewhere to be in 5 minutes. No time to waste. I had no card to pay... I’m conclusion... the sign made me mad. Bye shell. You won’t be seeing me here again.

The worst service in the world...... Don't use the car wash. It will rob our money.. when I tried to talk o attendant. She was not willing to help. Her name was Sandra ....... Absolutely nothing they can do... Yeah right.... All this fuss over a 6 dollar car wash.. but if you pay for something and you don't get it and if you can not get a refund you would be semi upset. But when you get attitude and still no refund then it will loss any body off pi have been warned.....

I was over charged and the person claiming to be the manager would not give me the valid deal posted inside the store and refused to give me a refund. Will no longer be getting gas here. Terrible customer service especially for someone who is the manager.

They said they take cash but cant give you correct change. They want you to donate your left over amount to some charity. If you cant give me correct change just say we cant expect cash. I don't mind donating to charity but when you force me to that is not donation.

They have some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I walked in and was tolled to leave and give the two cashiers a minute. I saw and heard them back talk other costumers as well. Always an issue when it comes to paying with cash and change. They always have one service or other not available, carwash ,gas pump or ect. Unfortunately a majority of the time the place is trashed they do not tend to the outside of the gas station even their trash is never locked and opened with homeless people rummaging through .You are better off going to just about any other gastation. At least you'll find a better selection of products and you'll definitely find better service.

Saint helped me so much! I was having such a bad/hard day causing me to have so much anxiety. I was having a hard time putting gas in my car but saint was so helpful with putting gas in my car and helped my anxiety so much! We need more people like him.

The Truth
So I found out instead of charging me 519 a gallon they were charging me 539 a gallon in gas. I told the lady at the front about it and she said she was the manager. I told her I could prove it so I offered another gallon of gas to show her that they were charging me over the price that they were offering and she refused my service. She also stated that she was the owner, but was calling her manager for advice. I also asked for corporate at or her bosses number, and she refused. She did not seem like she knew what she was doing.

I just had a real poor experience at this station.I go in to get a couple packs of smokes .I go an pay for the cigarettes and leave.Im on the street in traffic the employee known as fox runs out to my car threatening to call the police because the cashier only rang me up gir one pack.so be careful going in there they might threaten to call the police if their cashier messes up.Worst experience I've ever had in a gas station!

There's older lady there not sure her name, but if she is there when I go I can guarantee sum sort of maltreatment. recently I was picking up there wet floor sign so that it wouldn't get ran over. She immediately came to me and said we have it here for a reason when I was just trying to help and it's her attitude she gave with it. Then was using the restroom and she can see me having a hard time walking and she tells me I can't take long in the restroom as it's Sunday that their busy. There was not 1 customer. came out didn't even get to use the restroom cuz I was hurting bad and had a hard time with clothes and trying to sit and would get faint so I had to do everything slowly.tmi.but thats why this is a form of bullying cuZz of my condition and me feeling pressured and humiliated. And triggered my anxiety. That's just to times Another was when she was rude to me in front of customers and again she was wrong and the customers even looked at me and told me sorry for her. And said not to take it personal that she treats everyone this way and I'm sorry but that is not safe considering people that suffer from mental health what she can trigger.

*Urgent Issue With Faulty Gas Pumps and Incorrect Charges* To whom it may concern, I am writing to report a recurring and serious issue at your gas station. On multiple occasions, the pumps have malfunctioned after I selected “pay at the pump.” The pump charges my Visa card more than the amount of gas I intended to purchase, yet no fuel is dispensed. When I go inside to resolve the issue, the staff are unable to reverse the charge or provide any meaningful assistance. As a result, I am forced to pay again at a different pump just to get the gas I need, while also having to dispute the incorrect charge with my bank.This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity and reliability of your business. Customers should not be charged for fuel they never received, nor should they be left to resolve the issue on their own with their financial institution.I am requesting the following: - A full review of the malfunctioning pumps - Immediate correction of the improper charge - Assurance that this issue will be addressed so other customers do not experience the same problem At this point, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location, but I hope you will take this matter seriously and restore confidence in your service.
