Went to have a nail removed from a tire on a sunday afternoon. Luckily they were still open. Closes at 4pm. They were able to remove the nail and apply a patch inside the tire and in just 30 minutes time I was on my way home. The charge was $25. For the patch.

To say an angel works here would be an understatement. Gerardo the manager was so helpful from the phone calls to the actual check out. I had called the day i heard my brakes scraping - mind you it was bad and I have a 2 year old, so I was instantly nervous mom-mode to get them fixed. I found Mountain View since I'm familiar with the area and they were open late (i work until late, then pickup my son). Gerardo helped me to make the appointment knowing i would be coming in after their last appointment at 5pm. He was very kind and his main priority was my safety. Once I got there, he was just as nice in person as on the phone. He got my car back right away and immediately noticed my front brakes needed replaced. He gave me a quote and honestly I was shocked. I had gotten a quote from someone here the day prior, but I guess it was a customer service rep, not someone in store. So they were providing false info. JUST FYI. So he said go ahead and have a seat let me have them check everything out and Ill see what I can do for you. I'm a single mom and he could tell I was visibly sad about it. Within about 35-40 mins he gave me a new quote and he gave me a big discount. Granted i don't think this is standard, but just the fact that he was willing to help someone in need, in this day, goes so far. We ended up talking the entire time. I truly hope someone pays it forward to him as well. You can tell he is a dedicated manager. (P.S. They are hiring, he works everyday poor guy! lol)

The experience at this location is night and day compared to the one in Eastvale. The manager here and the technicians are polite and quick to acknowledge customers when they walk in. In addition, the service is exceptional, unlike at the Eastvale shop, where you still wait in line behind people without an appointment.

I came in for an oil change, there was a $20 off and was told this is a mail in rebate but provided no other info. When I picked up my car I was told the head gasket is leaking. What the shop should have done is called me before starting work. I now have to pay for an oil change and repair of gasket. If I was told before work star6ed then I would have asked shop to repair gasket and separate oil change would not be needed as oil has to be drained to repair gasket. Thos seems like shop prioritized profit over service.

Marco made my entire experience absolutely amazing!! I stopped in because the shield under my car had come loose and even though it was a busy day, he didn’t hesitate to help. He got my car in right away, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in less than ten minutes. I really appreciated his kindness, professionalism and customer service. Was looking for a shop to have routine service done on my 2012 Honda Pilot as well as a battery light and whining noise that had come up just the day prior. Service was done quickly and battery light/noise was diagnosed as a failed alternator, price quoted was fair and when I picked up, service mgr also gave means FYI that my tires may need replacement soon due to wear showing on the 9yr old tires, but since I am only using 1-2x a week, I could probably wait a bit. Service was friendly , informative , not pushy in the least. I left feeling confident that service was performed well and accurately. First time there, will return for future needs.

Gerardo, is the only dude I trust to take care of what I need done. There’s multiple shops in the area that I could go to and I’ve been to. However, this dude just knows how to take care of things. This last time I needed an EV inspect& 12v. My ev6 kept dying on me at charging stations. But before they replaced all four tires. THANK YOUU!
