Javier, Juan, and the team did a great job on my vehicle. This is the second vehicle I had repaired through insurance. The service and follow up is great! After dropping my car off I was told I would be updated along the repair process. After almost 2 weeks I finally received a call about the status of my vehicle. Not to mention having to make constant calls to check on the status of my vehicle. After this long and not very communicative process I came to learn that my car was not ready. Additionally, I left my car with almost a full tank and in comfort mode and received it back with under 70 miles and in sport plus mode, which gives me the impression it was driven much more than to the dealer and back.

I will never go anywhere else other than M&L they have top notch customer service and do the job right and warranty their work. More importantly they are honest which counts most. I had a crack inside my bumper that was outside of the repair I had already paid for but the owner himself called me and told me they would replace my entire bumper at no cost to me! He could have easily just put the old bumper back on and I wouldn't have known the difference. You just don't find honest ethical companies like M&L anymore and I am very impressed and appreciative. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. If I were you I would only come to M& L for auto body repair and tell everyone you know how great they are

At first this was my experience. "One of the worst paint jobs I have experienced. They use factory issued code for the paint regardless of how old the car is. This results in grossly mismatch color. It is impossible for them to be proud of the end product and is a sign that the customer isn't valued". Then, I spoke with the owner WIlliam "Bill" and the story changed. He insured me we will make it right and offered to rework the paint job at no cost with a free car rental. His response is what I would of expected. Just that alone compells me to want to due business with them in the future.

I came in for some minor repairs and was very happy with how things were handled. The quality was great and the price was lower than I expected. Ryan was my point of contact at M&L. He was helpful, courteous and professional. Communication was great. What was being done and when was always clear. There were no surprises with the schedule or the fee. The repair was able to be scheduled within a week (parts had to be ordered) and the repair itself took a day. Overall, I'm very happy with the service, value and quality of the repair. I would recommend M&L to anyone. I think they are trustworthy and do good work.

I took 4 black fender flares to have them painted the same color as the body. They had them for 4 days and did a great job. I received a call today from the owner to ask if I was happy. I mentioned there was one small blemish. He insisted I bring it back and they would buff it out. I was there for approximately 10 minutes and they sanded/ beffed the blemish out. I highly recommend you go here for you auto body repairs.

I have never been here before, but my wife went because she had a problem opening the fuel door. They tried to get her to buy a fuel door, spring and labor for 247.00. I bought a $10 spring on Amazon and it fixed the issue.

M and l auto body collision is the greatest.I had my hyundai there on November 20th 2025. to To have some work done on it, bill Took care of me and his longtime friend.Did the work on my hyundai. Bill's staff is amazing.They are great.The receptionist girl that works in the front.She was very helpful.She was amazing as well.Bill staff is great. I would highly recommend m and l.Auto collision to anybody that who needs auto body work done. They are the best body shop on hamner through norco california. Once again, thank you, m and l. The entire staff at M&L are Awesome!!! Elizabeth is extremely helpful with outstanding customer service. My husband had his car repaired here after an accident and they did a wonderful job. So when my daughter needed body work done, it was automatic that we used M&L for the repairs as well. I highly recommend them.
