I used to go to Mountain View Tires, but not anymore. Tom is an honest mechanic that you can trust and here is why: I dropped off my 2010 Honda Minivan because it was making noises, but Tom did not find any problems after 2 days so he told me the truth and did not charge me. Most auto places would have made up some kind of problems or at least tried to charge some fee. In fact, that is the very reason why I stopped going to Mountain View Tires (they seem to always find some kind of problems with my car every time I went in for an oil change...). Tom went the extra mile and fixed the radio too while he was inspecting the car. I had a long drive to Idyllwild that weekend and the boy scouts certainly appreciated having a working radio. All these may seem trivial, but they are testament to Tom's character. I highly recommend Tom if you are looking for an honest mechanic in the Eastvale / Norco area.

SATISFIED !!!!!!! SATISFIED!!! SATISFIED !!! Took my car in yesterday due to a vibrating problem . Beforehand I was reading reviews and looking at A LOT of different mechanics online and discovered this one had the best rating and reviews about HONESTY! Tom made me feel VERY welcome and was very nice from the start over the phone and even stayed an hour after closing time just so I could get my car in . Im no psychic of any sort but as soon as I walked in to meet Tom I felt a strong sense of HONESTY and RESPECT out of Tom and the shop in general . Tom and Fred came to the conclusion my vibration problem was due to bad tires . I’ve got to say this is the FIRST honest mechanic I’ve encountered in my life ( I’m 23 and have gone to 5 HORRIBLY DISHONEST “mechanics” in a row ) . I agree with the other reviews that Tom and his guys are a RARE find !!!! Some people have been coming to them for DECADES and by the looks of it , I probably will too ! Thank you Tom & Fred .

Frank and his Auto Technicians there are GREAT!!! My car was extremely sluggish at intermittent times, and this went on for about 6 months and NO other Mechanic could tell me what was wrong with it or why. But I was told it could possibly be your Catalitic Converter, Gas pump, or Transmission. (ALL EXPENSIVE Repairs) Finally, someone told me about Frank place. He found it was just a short at my fuel injector, and fixed it lickety split, the Same Day!!! And it was VERY Cost effective too!!! NO, Expensive repairs needed!!! Frank Honesty and Extreme Professionalism will have me going back to him for years to come with all auto issues I have from here on!! Thanks Frank, & your Great Technician(s)!!!! Respectfully, Dwayne

Ok, where to start.
