Short black lady with braces has worst customer service known to man and should be fired ASAP..money change machine was broken and became an inconvenience holding up my time and she got mad at me like it was my fault the machine was broke ...she clearly doesnât have the success of shell as a business in her best interest...sheâs needs more training on customer

Almost all of your pumps are out of order yet don't state they are out of order. Every time I come to this Shell I have to skip my car around pump to pump until I find one that actually functions. Very frustrating, probably will stop coming here just to avoid the wasted time and frustration.

Shell Gas has the highest quality gas in my opinion, but this particular station gave my mother and I a very bad time. My mother is Mexican but looks somewhat Middle Eastern. A nasty woman working the register with a horrible attitude assumed my mom was Middle Eastern and decided to call her a b**** and a terrorist in Spanish. My mom asked in Spanish, "where do you see a terrorist?" That made that woman close her mouth. We are not going to use this gas station ever again and if you believe that discrimination is a problem that still exists, join me in boycotting this gas station.

Location is only accessible from one direction. Pumps card read readers never work nor Apple pay works. Air pump doesnât work. Crack heads constantly around. Ghetto.

All I can say is this shell location needs a lot of work I see new workers so much they can't keep employees I've been coming here for years on and it's changed a lot you have employees sick working not wearing a mask you have rude workers that yell at employees in front of you and put "out of order" signs up so no one can use the restroom and you can't even get a straight answer on who is the manager it's just so unorganized

So let's start with the seals around the area where you place your card to pay at the pump are tampered with Second The cashier is SUPER rude here We always try to be polite and we only went in for snacks before an almost 3 hour trip home... While I'm having a conversation with my husband about candy she gets angry at us and says "I hope you don't have a problem with MY music" well no actually we don't we never said a word about it but thank you for being so rude about it and then giving us looks until we left like we werent wanted there Will NEVER come back Also we told her about the seals and she just blew us off

This shell is changing owners apparently by their uniforms, and so far their customer service sucks. Someone sliced the intake hose for the vaccum so there wasnât pressure, and i went to get my money back. I was turned away and had to contact the vendor for a refund. 2.00 vaccum now just a heads up.

I go here often and they continue to impress me by their incompetence and dishonesty. Location is frequently left unattended for hours with a âbusy cleaning, will return in 20minsâ sign out front. Really inconvenient if youâre trying to pay with cash and actually wait that 20 minutes before you realizeâŠâŠ. Worst shell location in the area.

Literally just left their put $50 on the pump91 was not working!!casher never said a wordđ used my card so it goes automatically back on your card in 3to5 daysđĄ What if that was my last $50 and i need to get to work! The caser did apologize but also told me i was the 3rd customer that happened tođ€·Why not put up a sign or let ppl know?? Before they payđĄ Customer service communication needs improvement 1 start because a least you did apologize.

Was running REALLY low on gas; my 2023 vehicle was showing only 11 miles to a completely empty tank by the time I pulled up to the pump. I only put in 1 gallon, $5.01 total, to get where I needed to go. When I turned my vehicle back on, the gauge hadn't moved and it was still showing only 11 miles left for my tank! My vehicle registers every drop put in my tank and should have added 30 miles for 1 gallon. I went in and spoke to the manager who was unconcerned that I didn't get any gas from the pump and that there was a problem with it. While I understand that scammers are out there trying to take advantage and that businesses can't refund everyone who says they have an issue, it would have been good customer service to go out and put an "out of order sign" on that pump and get it checked. I only lost $5 over this incident but it's enough to never go back to this station even though it's closest to my house. Bad management and faulty pumps!
